First of all they didn't know about our reservation so no one paid attention to our arrival all was done in hurry and so they gave us the left out room as per them they hotel was full and they couldn't offer a better room even though we mentioned we had a infant with us next the room was worst the geyser didn't work and we had to bath our child with cold water all 4 days and he got cold and cough because of it the tap handle were broken basin and shower both the toilet was not that clean and the pot lid was not fitted now the bed we mentioned baby was there so it should be clean we were given old used sheets which we asked to change and when we left hotel the sheets were not changed for 2 days just rolled over as we had baby medicine spilled we came to know that hey have done this.Now food choice as we had breakfast and lunch complimentary they made us feel like we were eating free and haven't paid means the line was you have to eat what chef feeds you agreed the staff was good and humble also the chef but everything was forced and had to adjust we felt our whole stay experience was ruined and waited when it will finish and we would get out of that mess.

best resort and location to visit during monsoon season

very good view from resort room, it's on hill so even if too much raining you can enjoy view and it's soo beautiful cause you can see lush green jungle from your room balcony, little bit thing have to let go as if you visit during monsoon little bit fly issue but it's manageable, if you can let go, this in monsoon then everything is fine, if you visit in other season might be there is no issue such type, also cab available like goa miles, overall good experience very good view from resort room, it's on hill so even if too much raining you can enjoy view and it's soo beautiful cause you can see lush green jungle from your room balcony, little bit thing have to let go as if you visit during monsoon little bit fly issue but it's manageable, if you can let go this in monsoon then everything is fine, if you visit in other season might be there is no issue such type, also cab available like goa miles, overall good experience

no hospitality,it's not at all a 3 star hotel ,we couldn't check in there was only security was there time of check in, find difficult to check in ,food really bad looks like am in normal deluxe hotel and there was noone responding to calls, neither the manger nor the staff, wifi was not at all working ,too much worse situation, never ever book or suggest this hotel to anyone

The building looked decent but the amenities were outdated. The ac is very old and makes noise like a generator. There is a tv without a subscription. No proper mattress and blankets. Not a great experience. Not at all happy.

Our overall staying experience in bad, never ever suggest this place to others. Hospitality of hotel management students is good. It was really a good stay. Staff was very supportive. Hospitality was at best. Rooms were clean. Ambience was good. Not a bad point but only thing that we were not able to enjoy in swimming pool because it was closed as there was some function for two days. Rest all was too good. Highly recommended!
