No iron in hotel No one is at reception everytime need to call on mobile While check out also no one available to assist

Extremely misleading information regarding the location of this place. The location is extremely isolated with no travel options, no shops or even a medical store around. Once reached and looking at the condition of the Residency we tried to speak to the owner Mr Roid. The owner and the front desk officials refused to address our issue. The front desk official said that Mr Roid informed that we should call Make my trip since they did not receive any payment or aware of our stay. We tried to speaking to Mr Roid , who was extremely rude and said that the only help he would provide is the customer should call Make my Trip to discuss any options. We tried explaining to Owner and front desk official that there were 2 senior citizens (age 70 and 71) and the conditions around the hotel did not seem safe or even having a simple shop and having an isolated area. There was no mention of the isolation of this area in the description provided by the Owner Mr Roid and he refused to take any calls or address any issues. It was a harrowing experience and this Location - Xec Residency should be blacklisted for not providing correct information regarding the location, safety and travel options for it's guests.

Bad experience.. bcoz mai Akele thi hotel m or vha ka vibe mujhe Bilkul accha nhi lga. So pls ager stay krna h to jyada log hi stay karo .. Akele k liye vo jgh sahi nhi h... or maine 3 nights book kiya tha hote.. or mai vha one night hi stay kiya.. but unhone mera paisa refund nhi kiya😞 I’m very disappointed ☹️

location was good, did not have any of the food, but all amenities were good

For tourists, this place is far away from everything, if you don't have a car with you, don't go. there is no rental service nearby, the caretaker doesn't help much, he connected me to a scooter rental company which took 1500 for renting a scooter for 2 days.

Room service was very poor. No provision of Kettle for preparing bed tea. For the amount which we paid to this hotel,we could have stayed some really better hotels in Margao. Not at all recommended to anyone.

Bathrooms n all was not properly cleaned, taps were broken and no hooks in bathroom to tie clothes. Surrounding garden is also not well maintained. Food and stay is priced highly and dont match the hotel status. Ok
