The Village Inn.

No sense for customer service. Staff full of attitude. Staff doesn't know how to start their air conditioners. Poor upkeep of property. No toiletries or amenities.

Poor property maintenance. The hotel staff does not know how to start the air conditioner. They are full of attitude and have no customer service sense. Took 25 minutes to start the A/C. No personal care amenities, property full of mosquitoes.

It was average facility, location is good, property need to be maintained. Room to be maintained. Food was good. Staff is good

the hotel a budget hotel near ITC Grand, it has reasonable rooms, however, no tea kettle and associated arrangements are there in the room. Food ala carte for dinner was reasonable and tasty. Break fast was average. cleanliness 👍, reception average, Overall a homely feel

They didn’t even offer iron, i asked their staff to provide an iron and he told that it is available but the owner denied to provide, and when we ordered food in night, the caretaker came in the room mentioning that we can not have food on the bed, either to have on the table or below on the restaurant tables….. Not recommendable at all

Overall Good Experience... But needs Improvement 😕... Reception area and cleaning

Very basic rooms, linen are not good, especially towels are really bad, no tea coffee at room, no bright lights are washroom, not serving food in room etc etc

Nice place to stay. Good food. Concern is only one man army managing all services. Advised to provide hand wash in every room.

The village inn is a very well maintained place. Rooms have all the facilities n also has a pool beautiful location n courteous n helpful staff. The restaurant also is reasonably priced n good food enjoyed my stay in this beautiful place

If you are looking for a stay in budget with a good hospitality, this is recommended.

The stay was good. the resort located in such a serene area. the rooms are excellent. Atleast the one I was allotted. the bathrooms are a bit too small and not well maintained, the bin in the room was broken n the shower curtain was very dirty and touching the floor. made of cloth found the concept very unhygienic. the food is good. only drawback was we were woken up at 7.30 with the loud noise of the drums beating to welcome some corporate guest. really really loud n annoying at that hour. my room was just in the reception area n the noise was really echoing in my room.

It was a really good experience with village inn, the room was amazing and clean. There was a small frizz in the room, it's help me to store my beer for chilling. Staff also very good.
