Good option for near airport staff was polite, bathroom are clean and comfortable rooms are okay

Check in time as per 2pm but offer in 2hrs before but not available before time check in .this is not meet this offer .

My experience with flora grand, Vasco is fantastic. I have booked a 5 night stay for my business trip. Service is so good and all the people who are working over there nice and polite. Front office people are responsive and helpful. Front office manager kedar is very nice and kind person solved my queries right away with his timely decision. In restaurant also they served well with smile. Especially vinod and aman along with one more person( i forgot the name who is working in the evening shift). The experienced people working in the morning shift in restaurant also very nice and arranging food in proper timing. Food taste is also nice. This is my real experience review. Go for it if you want a good stay near vasco.

I had only breakfast and it was average at best. I did not get wifi in my room.

Alfia receptionist is behaving like gentle and make check in within a span...hotel room is very spacious... mind-blowing stay

The food was good, the behaviour of hotel reception and staff is very very good. The room service is also very very good and satisfying.

Everything was great and hygienic including rooms, washroom, and dying area, Morning breakfast was awesome but tandoor was not operational at that time ..... overall stay was great 👍

Very terrible rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for proper sleep. Window locks were not working, which is a serious safety concern. I was given a room with a middle connecting door, which affected privacy. Late food service was not available. The only positive was that the staff was cooperative.

The hotel property is good. May be due to non peak season, the service levels could have been better.

Overall experience is too good. nice treatment by staff. . Food also very tasty and Good. Room quality and maintenance also good.

i had taken an accommodation for 3 days upon entering the room it was way small for the price you pay you can get bigger rooms in half the price additionally the TV was not working the flush was broken and they had mentioned if u require dental kit/slippers it will be chargeable?!! additionally I had added food in my package for for 3 days on an average for 2k in that they don't give you options you will have to eat what they provide, one type of roti, one sabzi, rice, dal all of their choice there is no options which was terrible if that was the case the customers are supposed to be informed regarding the same the meal they offer in the package is absolutely not worth 2.5k. Will not recommend

Good hospitality, food & staffs Rooms are well hygiened Only draw back is that they have only limited parking space for four wheelers

The hotel is located at the centre of vasco city.The accommodation is comfortable. It's very good for family stay.The food at the restaurant is very well prepared & tasty.Staff are helpful.

Nice property and rooms was good and excellent customer service . Landmark also good and breakfast was very nice neat and clean interior

Hotel rooms good , staff is helpful. I came to known for the property through make my trips . surprise approx Rs 500 taken for pick up from airport as I book through make my trip and rates approx Rs 450 extra paid for stay . which if I book directly will be saving of 950 . make my trips with belive that the cost will be beneficial which need to be improved. overall the property for officials is good, pls work on rates.

Room was fine. Kitchen was understaffed and food quality was also below average.

Stay was wonderful and the hotel was very neat and clean. Nice and friendly staff.

They have provided late check in to me. Check was at 2 pm i have reach to hotel at 6pm even coming late their room clean was not done

Didn't had a good experience as the hotel room was big and spacious but hotel didn't provide with toiletries. Towels. Hand napkins weren't clean. Between 3 guests only 2 water bottles of 500ml were provided which isn't sufficient. Quality of tea was very bad. The staff wasn't welcoming enough. The hotel needs to groom the staff better or pay them a good salary for a better customer experience. Plus as promised in itinerary no welcome drink provided by the hotel as well. Ac wasn't working in the gym as well. Swimming pool non operational for our dates. Not a good choice at 7k per night.
