They are providing only complementary breakfast, swimming pool timings are not suitable, No room service, no lift, They are charging extra money for before time check-in, Staff is arogant

Location was good, property is OK, food was good...breakfast was free whereas when we asked for 1 extra paratha, they said we give only 1 paratha per guest. Strictly denied to checkout late where entire property was empty. Average property

Food and ambience was great

I stayed at this resort on the last day of my family trip to Goa, and it was a peaceful and quiet experience, especially since it was off-season. This resort also holds special memories for me, as it was the same place I stayed during my first visit to Goa. Because of this, I decided to return and end my trip here. While the resort used to be well-maintained, it has aged a bit over time. However, I am grateful to the manager, Mr. Nitesh, for his understanding and flexibility. When my 6-month-old baby developed a fever early in the morning, I requested a late check-out so that my baby could rest until we caught our train. Mr. Nitesh kindly allowed us to extend our stay, which I really appreciated. On the downside, I found the staff, particularly the caretakers, lacking in hospitality etiquette. Around 8 AM, when I was rushing to take my baby to the hospital, the caretaker at the reception asked about our checkout time. I mentioned that I might be late due to the hospital visit (with a checkout time of 10 AM), and his response was, "Sir, maximum 10:30 kar dena checkout." It would have been more understanding and compassionate if he had said, "No problem, sir, take care of your baby, and you can check out later," especially considering the resort was nearly empty with hardly any bookings that day. Instead, the caretaker mentioned, "Humko upar se yeh bola gaya hai, hum kuch nahi kar sakte late check-out ka." It made me feel more like I was staying in a basic boarding facility rather than a place that values its guests. However, thanks to Mr. Ganesh, who had hosted me during my first trip to Goa, and Mr. Nitesh for their kindness and hospitality, I’m still giving a 5-star rating. They truly made our stay more memorable. Thank you.

The location and the hotel was really good. It was clean and staff was good but the only issue i had was breakfast. I had booked the hotel because it had breakfast. We were only served poha for breakfast and coffer which had a lot of water in it and hardly any coffee.

We really loved our stay at shalom resort. It is in middle of the city and everything is quite easily accessible. The staff of the resort is really good. The breakfast was tremendous. We loved it. Overall it's a 5/5 stay. We will recommend it.

Staff behavior is not good. They not care online booking gust. If i book online they tree t like strangers. A small pool is there. Dont expect sooo. Rooms and breakfast is good. Any one booked online, please add all gust name in the booking site, otherwise they ask cash for stay and not provide brekfast.

The stay was not good enough, it was ok ok, the room was smelling a lot, no mobile network in the resort and also the wifi range was not till the room, it was only till reception only. Had many difficulties in managing the network issues. Also, the breakfast quality was not at all good. Very poor breakfast quality. Service was good but overall the stay was not satisfied.

Comfortable and pocket friendly stay at a prime location. Easy access to tourist spots. Availability of cars and scooters to rent are also nearby.

Rooms were big but had a bad smell and ants everywhere. Parking was small. Breakfast option was limited

Stay was really good. Breakfast was different everyday. Ch-ole bhature, poha etc. Suit rooms are spacious and comfortable.
