Great experience staff was very GD and cooperative especially the receptionist madam so humble and helpful. Family friendly hotel , atmosphere and vibes and totally classic, Rooms was neat and clean

Stay here is highly disappointing. 1. They denied access to swimming pool. The reason they gave is I booked from make my trip. 2. I included breakfast in the booking. The inclusion is not mentioned in the voucher. They denied breakfast after we sitting on the table with family including kids. That was no shameful. 3. They don’t have parking place. You have to park outside in a narrow road. Chances are high that some will scratch your vehicle.

I have been visiting osborne since 2012 every year. Whenever we visit we get friendly treatment from all the staffs. It’s the best resort be it in terms of rooms, property, staff and even food. For us, it’s our second abode in goa and will highly recommend everyone to visit osborne

Location and food is good but some residents are also staying in resort so you won't get feel of resort. I would suggest to go with antara resort at same price. Property seem to be converted from residents flat to resort.

Think twice and thrice before booking this hotel, cleanliness is not even there in the room, what they show in the pictures and what you get is totally different you can't even imagine, i had checked out within 12 hrs of stay and also raised a complaint, its still under process. Total waste of money for me, not recommended at all.

It's j us an apartment with pool. The location is bit far from the calangute beach. No room service for meals.

I found this property on mmt, the property is good family stay and couple stay, have swimming pool, big bed, fridge in the room and good servicing people, though there is no room service but rest is really good and would love visit again the place and refer my friends and family

This is like 1. 2 kms from the main calungate beach so location is good. You have all the market within walking distance. The rooms were clean and ac was working fine but the overall feel was like an old resort. There is no room service and the pool was dirty. Overall we were looking for a place to crash and we were all boys so it was decent but if you want to relax, have a room service you gotta look for an alternative place.

Very peaceful and beautiful resort. Very near to beach and staff is also very helpful and all services are very excellent.

Nothing works there. No water no amenities no house keeping even for tea you need to go down why do you call yourself a hotel

Everything was fantastic. Staff was too good. Swimming pool was the best such a clean resort. Rooms and washrooms were also so clean

First of all the booking was done quite sometime back with a request to the reception saying that i would require a 1 st or a second floor unfortunately i was given top floor stating everything is booked. I enter the room the fan doesn't work no room service house keeping only if you call. Now we are new to goa google maps doesn't work in some location where map doesn't work. We call the hotel no help. Geyser doesn't work. They promise 24/ 7 water no water during peak hrs. So now you are always on the phone. So thanks to the hotel half your vacation is messed. Now pros. Near to beach good location but horrible staff. If you are here to waste your money stay

Peaceful place with no disturbance from anyone. Nice rooms and pool area. Nearby main shops restaurants, supermarkets and beach.

Really good experience, the rooms were clean and for those who are fond of pool, excellent pool for refreshing. Very good stay in calangute.

1. Location of hotel is in right place. Baga, calangut and candolim beaches are in 2km distance only 2. Quite and nice neighbourhood 3. Hotel rooms are very precious and well maintained, i came with my wife and 1 year old son. Enjoyed a lot. 4. Room service is good. Always available, staff is very helpful, talkative and humble. 5. Swimming pool and area in the premises is just awesome. Foreigners ware taking sunbath and enjoying swimming full day. 6. Sunlight in the room is wat i like. No need of light in day time.

It's very avg type of hotel. I don't recommend this hotel. Bec room was not soo good.

No food service in the room, the electric kettle is not available in the room, the room landline phon is not working. Tv is only for display purpose its dth box not recharged. It is over priced it is not a proper resort it is a residential property.

Food and services were very good..only thing is AC stops working in the Middle of every night.. Also the Geyser works sometimes.. Cleanliness is upto the Mark👍

They are not providing buffe breakfast only 2 or 3 item fix provided in breakfast also not serve you any order in room. Bathroom and room are avarage. Only the location of property is good for any mode of transport
