The owner is very kind and the rooms are good and hygienic.the room is near to the Calangute beach and near to the main road . It was a nice experience in goa . The main thing is the owner also provides rent bikes at low cost . OWNER ♥️

Property was very unhygienic. There were lot of human hair in fridge. Electric kettle was given after asked for was full of dust. All over room hairs. No daily cleaning. No place to eat property to tables provided were full of dust not cleaned. Below bed there was spider jala n all. Tv was full of dust. N tv was not working. 1 day before leaving tv top up was done by owner but not provided till then as mentioned no hot water for bath. A bit lonely place no zomato could locate place easily. No basic tea requirements nearby

groupThis Guest House is looked after by the owner aunty herself. She is very nice and kind. She helps you rent a bike near the Guest House itself and also she helps you get a cab to Airport. She can make these things within 10 mins of your request. Soft-spoken. The room was nice and Worth the money. There's no time restrictions to go out and come in to the room. The ambiance is very homely. But I didn't get hot water for bathing. As it was hot in june. I didn't ask the lady too. No breakfast or food is available here.

We were allotted a room in a different guest house than promised. The owner said that all the other rooms were full. The room size was small and pathetic. There were lizards in the bathroom.
