Property location is nearby to market and beach, but we faced difficulty in parking the vehicle due to narrow lane. Rooms are average and quite old. Hotel staff is pretty good and supportive.

The hotel is great. 1. 2 kilometre far from beach. I must say it's a perfect for couples and family.

The worst part is there is no hand wash and no shower gel in the bathroom. If room is available also they just made us to seat until 12.00 noon. In this price, I say no to this hotel. My rating is 1.5 out of 5. Owners' behavior is not good Property location is not reachable as per Google map.

I (shatrughan pal) stayed in this hotel 10 nights. The service boy Joy chandra sarkar's behaviour is very friendly and helpful. I feel completely safe and also the location of this hotel is perfect to visit calangute beach, baga beach,Tito's lane,anjuna beach and also candolim beach. I have also added the breakfast🍳☕🍞 for 10 days and the quality and quantity is sufficient. The taste of all cuisines was also Good which was cooked by Arsad( The Cook). It's all about my experience.

All things are good but they didn't provided laundry facility mentioned in amenities. Location is near the sea and services are also good.

It was a good stay in betelnut for 3 days. Service was really good and their rooms are also very clean and well maintained.

Staff behavior - staff is greedy for money for every other thing and is very rude to customer if you don't end up paying extra whenever and where ever they want such as their recommended scooty, cab, tour packages. They don't even have basis sense how to talk to a customer. They also tried to mint more money for 6 hour for early check in which was even more than the room one day charge, even when they saw we have a 1 year old baby with us. We tried to inform them well in advance about early check in so that we can act accordingly but the owner never responded to our messages. This all happened when their all 10 room were empty. Staff was lasy and would sleep full day. We tried to order water and snacks multiple but they won't respond to calls on reception as they always used to sleep even at 5 pm. We even tried physically going there and request for water bottles, but they won't wake up even when called out multiple times. Room - room description is wrong. it says more than 300 square feet, however in reality their biggest room is not more than 150 square feet. On the top room was full of dirt and sand when we got it. Bathroom was not clean too. Breakfast - we wanted to book the buffet but reviews were not good, so thought we will try to pay and see it once first but to our surprise they never prepared any buffet on any ready. Even if someone else has booked a break fast buffet they would make tiny quantity for only that guest.

Room service and staff is very polite and cooperative. Double bed room with a balcony. Free wi-fi available.
