The Lagoons| 1 BHK Apartment with Pool

Nope we didn't like the lagoons, we booked for 2 days but left the flat after one night only as it's horrible. Property picture which shown while booking is just to attract customers. It's waste of money. We wasted our money. Everything is old and poor. I don't recommend this to anyone. After showing the cockroach to the owner he sent the cockroach kill spray, even though they don't provide a bathroom kit and there is no exhaust in the bathroom. The blanket also seems used, and it looks very old.

Very good place to stay with friends and family. This place is close to calangute and baga beach. Owner is very good and knowledgeable person and helps in anything required in apartment during the stay. Overall it was very nice experience staying here.

We stayed here 4days very well connected to collangute n bagha besches care taker bernard kept this property in well maintained alas we had full stack utensils n ac's good furniture pretty good atmosphere we thoroughly satisfied our stay over there happy goa thank u make my trip team support

Bernad is an excellent person. Everyday there was a housekeeping person coming by. Pool is also good. Not a very big one though. Can enjoy with kid. Beach is not very near by. Need to walk nearly 1km.

It is a decent nice place, suitable for family and group of friends. Spacious, neat and clean. Calangute market is 750mtr, and beach is around 1. 8kms. Baga beach is also around 4kms. The owner is very helpful.

I stayed there with my wife for 3 days, Uncle' (Host) behaviour was very welcoming and caring. I didn't face a single problem during my stay but I would like to add a few points for other travellers: 1. Location is 1.5 KM from the Calangute/Bagha 🏖️. 2. You get 1 open kitchen with all utensils + stove + Refrigerator Living Area with 1 Sofa Set + 1 Sofa cum bed + TV 1 Bedroom with extra mattresses 3. So many Veg/Non Veg Food options are available on walking distance or you can order from your stay too. 4. You can easily get scooty/bike on rent. Cons: Connecting roads inside the society are completely broken.

It was a wonderful experience indeed, we felt like staying at our own home, albeit a different city. Mr bernard served as an excellent host.

It's a very old community apartment, inside it's almost fine but the outlook of the flats is so terrible. The only advantage is that no one will disturb us, if you are okay with old and un maintained community then you can prefer this

The wifi connectivity could hacve been much more better

Mr bernard was really helpful and supportive. Stay at hotel app was superb. This property is worth for the money we paid and also suitable for families, couples, bachelors and even if you only girls gang. 24hrs security is available who already ready to help. The property is accessible to beach and buses to travel

It is a nice place near the beach and market. Very spacious, with a kitchen along with all equipment. Worth spend.

Bernard is extremely hospitable and a good host, always available. However, the price of the place and the condition do not really match. The apartment is extremely shabby and dull. There were cockroaches and mice spotted at the place. If maintained and renovated properly, the apartment can look a lot better and provide a comfortable stay to future guests.

Everything was good but lights were really low and dim at night ambience seems dull rest was good

Convince for travel is good as place is near to calangute. However the cleanliness is quite not up to the mark. The toilet and kitchen area was quite dirty and unclean. For the price per say good place to stay, it has ac in both in the hall room and in the bedroom the kitchen is joined to the hall room which is good but again the kitchen is also extremely dirty. If you are a single person or a couple of bachelors, wanting to just keep your bags in a room and go around goa. It’s a good place for couple and family. I strongly do not recommend this place

Two bed cot (2ppl) + 2 extra beds (2ppl) + sofa cum bed (2ppl. Total 6 people can easily stay. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. With all the cutlery required for cooking.

There is a stay with plea-sent environment but swimming pool is not good for family and the bed was not good bedroom is visible to other people which was the bad point and remaining all good. Room environment is good uncle was soo good and only bad thing is that there is no privacy for bedroom
