This was a very bad experience. I suggest you guys don't get fooled by the photos. They like property just look good in photos, but actually this property doesn't deserve this much attention. They don't know anything about hospitality and you will be very disappointed with the amenities also, and one more thing they don't sue paper. They say they don't provide it

Thank you for your feedback. However, we’d like to clarify that your expectations were not aligned with the nature of our property. This is a homestay, not a hotel, and it does not include hotel-style services such as valet parking or butlers. It’s clear from your demands that you may not have prior experience staying at homestays, which are designed to offer a more personal, self-serviced environment. Moreover, our team reported instances of unacceptable behavior and rudeness towards the staff, which we take seriously. Respectful communication is a basic expectation we have from all our guests. We strongly believe in creating a warm and respectful environment for both our guests and team. Based on this experience, we do not recommend hosting you again and hope you find accommodations better suited to your preferences in the future.
