The Baga Beach Resort

Location of this property is excellent with direct access to the beach. The breakfast and food taste was awesome. Staff were very hospitable and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at Baga Beach Resort a lot and would definitely recommend to others.

We have stayed at Baga beach resort multiple times and we keep going back because what an amazing location, right in front of baga beach. Their high quality of service remains intact. The staff is amazing and the rooms are super comfy. My baby enjoyed the stay very much and so did we. See you soon!!

The stay was great and hospitality was good, food was great

Firstly, We had travelled 700km to reach there. We reached by 11 am, we were having severe fever and cold. We requested to provide rooms. But staffs dint respond well. Rooms were empty but hotel staff denied check in till 1.30pm And they dint even welcome us, no welcome drink nor not even a hi from there side. They call it has 5 star hotel, it’s not even 3 star

The stay was pretty good. It’s just near to the Baga beach and a min walk away from the Titos lane. The food was also excellent.We had taken both breakfast & dinner . The staff behaviour was also polite.

The hotel is not at all as per the images. Does not qualify for a 4 star hotel. The balcony view is not at all good. Does not justify the price that i've paid. Not at all value for money.

The staff are good, and the room service is also good. However, the breakfast could be improved — the idli and dosa batter didn’t taste fresh, and the muffins seemed old

Amenities and food quality could be improved, however stay and ambience was good and staff were also polite

The stay was fine ,But the price and star rating do not match .Not worth the price I paid .. It says it's a five star but it's definitely not more than a three star ,Be it the rooms or food or lobby or courtesy...Lekin please recheck the rating and place it under three star category. Thankyou

Food was great and the staff were very friendly, helpful. The room though was a tad bit small for a family of 4

I stayed in Ocean Suite Room.  Room was dirty, floor had stains, bathtub had stains & wont drain (good for nothing), balcony door wont open from balcony, key gets jammed very frequently, floor was slippery, couch had very visible ugly stain and to top it up staff were rude.  Apparently, the room has undergone a lot of maintenance and wasnt ready to be rented but resort feels otherwise.  Check-in was delayed as earlier guests left late. This was surprising as when i requested just an hour early checkin, i was told to strictly follow timing to give them sufficient time to welcome us!! On-site staff was of no use so i had to send an email to their corporate office. A representative came in the morning but all she had to say was sorry and was offering us for courtesy lunch from their behalf which we declined as we had got enough of them.  The room isnt worth 25% of price that we paid. The stay was horrible. Good points: Breakfast spread and restaurant is nice. Given our great experience above we almost felt that this is a different resort all together. They have a cloth drying facility. This was nice. Overall the stay wasnt worth and will never visit it again.

Locationwise is superb but rooms are not well maintained The staff is cooperative and the food is very good

hotel photos that shown are old..and resort is almost old and all amenities are terrible...I have issue of electrical shock in my jacuzzi but they didn't resolve it...how can I use with my kids jacuzzi in that condition ...so moved another hotel...and resort superior room which they called sea view room but it is actually cloth changing and public toilet bathroom view.

Location is excellent. Right in front of baga beach. Not that crowded, may be because of off-season. Staff is accommodative and friendly. Swimming pool was clean. Good for adults as well as for kids.
