Property is on the beach with sea view. Neat and clean property. Stuff were very down to earth and friendly. Was there for 3 nights & 4 days but the holiday got over even before we got to know it’s time. Made felt like home and treated us all with respect and honoured us all like their own guests.

Property is exactly at Palolem beach. Location on Google map is wrong. Follow sign boards. Food was really good. Rooms were decent and clean. In the evening they play very loud music in shack till night which can be an issue for guests. Also instead of booking 2 sea view premium suites, did not get any room on first floor which is disappointing. Hospitality was really good.

we stayed here for one night. I thought this is little expensive than other hotel around so we will have nice experience. Room was on first floor with excellent sea view. we were alloted room K4 which is center room on first floor. The lock system was not working and they have installed a traditional lock out side of door and there was nothing to lock the door from inside but only a tiny stopper high on door. when we complained many times they installed same type of small stopper in the middle of door.

Location is excellent. Room was good. But shower was in very bad state, no water pressure. After a dip in the sea, one needs a good effective shower to wash the sand. Food was ok to goo. The waiters were a little too dominating in their behaviour and were less humble and casual in their behaviour, also a bit disruptive.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is definite room for improvement. Cleanliness needs serious attention — the bedsheets and blankets had visible stains, and the washroom was not properly cleaned unless specifically pointed out. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff even left my room door open after cleaning while I was away, which was concerning. On the positive side, the food served by the in-house restaurant was quite good, and the staff was friendly and courteous throughout the stay.
