Property is really good and on the palolem beach with a really nice view. Rooms are big, clean and spacious. Food is also nice..

Beautiful experience at the resort and the view was amazing. The is a parking issue tho. Make sure you call and verify if car parking is available before you reach

Location is excellent. Room was good. But shower was in very bad state, no water pressure. After a dip in the sea, one needs a good effective shower to wash the sand. Food was ok to goo. The waiters were a little too dominating in their behaviour and were less humble and casual in their behaviour, also a bit disruptive.

Sufficient staff is not there… food quality is not good , room not clean properly …don’t go in rainy season

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there is definite room for improvement. Cleanliness needs serious attention — the bedsheets and blankets had visible stains, and the washroom was not properly cleaned unless specifically pointed out. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff even left my room door open after cleaning while I was away, which was concerning. On the positive side, the food served by the in-house restaurant was quite good, and the staff was friendly and courteous throughout the stay.

It was decent stay, could be better i stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience was fine but nothing exceptional. The room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated and in need of some minor repairs. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too firm for my liking. The staff was polite and helpful, though service could have been quicker. The amenities were adequate, but they does not have landline to connect reception or restaurant, which was a bit frustrating as we need to step out every time if we need anything. Quality of the food was acceptable. The location is good and close to key attraction butterfly beach) which was a plus.
