होटल की लोकेशन बहुत अच्छी है पर प्रॉपर्टी मेंटेनेंस मांग रही है , रेस्टोरेंट भी बंद है, चाय ,कॉफी, स्टाफ बहुत बढ़िया है । पुल भी बहुत बढ़िया है, रूम के अंदर वॉर्म लाइट है, व्हाइट लाइट होना चाहिए , लाइट बहुत कम है , कुल मिलाकर अगर प्रॉपर्टी को थोड़ा मेंटेन कर लिया जाए तो 4 स्टार प्रॉपर्टी को भी पीछे छोड़ सकती है

I had a great experience at Ruffles Resort. As a solo traveller safety is my first priority and the Ruffles team ensured that I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The hotel is centrally located and is easy to access and that helps especially as a solo female traveller as I could visit the beach, restaurants and shops with ease. The entire check in and check out process is also very good and the staff is helpful and courteous. The manager - Simon was in touch with me throughout and ensured that I was comfortable and well supported during my stay. This is my second visit to the property and I would definitely recommend this to all especially solo travellers (female).

Very bad hotel to stay. Rooms are so dirty and lots of bathroom insects every where. No one came to clean the room for 2 days and was smelling very bad please don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Limited breakfast

Service was good, food quality very good, room also good, overall a good experience, i was satisfied with the hotel.

The toilet was very worst, the staffs behavior was so rude, they denied to provide breakfast even i booked the room with breakfast.

It's an oles property and ac was not working and even no phone extension to call reception. There was a bad smell in the room, and the bed was not proper. Overall it's not suggested.

Hotel is located at very close proximity to beach. Property is very neat and clean and pool is the charm. Food options are limited but very tasty

The Exterior of the Resort is well maintained however the amenities and interior were not upto the mark. Toilet seat was not properly fitted and was shaking. Room service was not proactive we stayed for 3 days and had to call in to room service to get the room cleaned and get toiletries. Wifi getting disconnected frequently. AC was not functioning properly.

The resort exterior was nice- above avg. However the ac and room service was not upto the mark. Amenities listed were not available.

Experience was good overall less breakfast options available in including breakfast package swimming pool is clean and well maintained staff is good and helpful while checkin luggage carrying facility was given but while check out bags were not helped to carry

Ac wasn't working properly. Careless approach by the staff to change the room. Toilets are below normal. Btw, they helped me by holding my luggage for some time after checkout.

I did not order any food as i found lot of options outside. The hotel overall to me was found to be old property. Needs renovation and new amenities to done especially the washroom. If one doesn't want to invest much on stay and quite ok with basic amenities though decent enough then pls. Opt. But very centrally located.
