Good place for family and value for money

Rooms and facility was verygood, i give 5star for caretaker but landlord was not took responsd when we said tv was not working expect that everything is good

We were group of 4 friends the stay consists of 1 common pool for all residents hall with attached kitchen 1 bedroom - king sized bed 1 bathroom with toilet in it. There were 4 to 5 whiskey glasses, 4 plates, 5 to 6 spoon and fork. Pros of the stay - - pool was clean and no excess chlorine was added. - comfortable bed - necessary utensils for food and drinks cons of the stay - - there were stains on the sofa and pillows - additional mattress provided was more like a blanket than a mattress. As we were 4 people, the 4th person used the sofa to sleep on. - the speed of internet connection is 12 kbps. It will be great if there was no interest rather than describing internet connection in the stay. - there is a working tv but you will not be able to stream any youtube video. - no loud music allowed - pool is only used to swim. Playing with ball, etc in the pool is restricted. - no music system in the room conclusion - if you are staying in the room only to rest for the night, it will be a good experience for you. But if you want to stay in room and enjoy drinks, etc with friends and family, it is an below average stay as there is no entertainment system.

Location of the hotel was great near to the beach, food was average and the room service was good. Overall it was fine

Pool is good but height of water is 4ft only. Room is in good and maintained neat. Good to stay with family and kids during vacation

Good stay with all amenities, but only issue was with wifi, as during our stay wifi was not working.

This property is located in a very peaceful locality and we had a very pleasant stay for 4 days. This property doesn't have a reception and we had difficulty getting the room alloted. We were told by the security that we should have received room number while booking which we did not. The number of the contact person given after booking did not receive the call but thankfully the security helped us to get in touch with the caretaker of the property and got the correct room alloted. This property does not have a restaurant as it is a homestay but one can order from zomato, swiggy or nearby restaurants. The contact information and menu is available at the property. This property is well maintained and hygienic and it has a beautiful pool and garden all around. We really enjoyed our stay. Felt like home away from home.

Due to a visa medical examination requirement for an upcoming foreign trip, our schedule and travel plans became constrained on the day of the trip for which we made our booking through mmt. We considered canceling the trip if they offered a refund. First, we requested a refund through the app and provided proof, after which a mm t customer service representative contacted the hotel, which refused to issue the refund. As a result, we did not cancel the reservation and planned to continue our trip while staying in the hotel. However, when we arrived at our destination on the day of the trip, our check-in was denied by the hotel, and the room was given to someone else. When we spoke with the hotel, they promised us a full refund because it was their error. We attempted to contact make my trip customer service several times via the app, which offered a call back but did not contact us even after several days. As a customer who frequently uses the make my trip platform to book hotels and other services, please provide support on the issue and provide the refund promised by the hotel so that we can continue to have the best experience possible.
