We considered canceling the trip if they offered a refund. As a result, we did not cancel the reservation and planned to continue our trip while staying in the hotel. However, when we arrived at our destination on the day of the trip, our check-in was denied by the hotel, and the room was given to someone else. When we spoke with the hotel, they promised us a full refund because it was their error. We attempted to contact make my trip customer service several times via the app, which offered a call back but did not contact us even after several days. As a customer who frequently uses the make my trip platform to book hotels and other services, please provide support on the issue and provide the refund promised by the hotel so that we can continue to have the best experience possible.
