Room is very very dirty, there were insects everywhere which could have been avoided if they just cleaned properly. bedsheets and pillows are having very foul smell and don’t get me started on the blankets provided. The whole room was smelling like cigarettes. Photos of the room are not matching the photos showing in MMT . Very bad expierence

The hotel service was not good, No Cleaning service, Washroom was smelly, No water facility, No Towel provided, Swimming pool was not inside property, Balcony had water leakage. Had worst experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Casa de Village Hotel, Goa - Booking Not Honored Our recent stay at Casa de Village Hotel in Goa, booked through MakeMyTrip, was a truly frustrating and unacceptable experience. We had a confirmed booking for a two-bedroom apartment, expecting a comfortable stay for our group. However, upon arrival for check-in, we were informed by the hotel staff that our booked apartment had already been given to someone else. Instead of offering a suitable alternative or a reasonable solution, we were unacceptably asked to stay in a "two-bedded room." This room was a far cry from what we had booked and paid for. It was in a deplorable state, lacking even basic amenities, and the bathroom was notably unclean – a complete hygiene concern. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the difference in the booking amount despite forcing us into a significantly inferior room. They were unwilling to offer any discounted rate for the downgraded accommodation, essentially making us pay the full price of a two-bedroom apartment for a sub-standard, small room. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction and contractual obligations is appalling. This experience left us feeling cheated and extremely dissatisfied. We were forced to endure an uncomfortable and unhygienic stay due to the hotel's mismanagement and blatant disrespect for confirmed bookings. We strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when considering Casa de Village Hotel, especially when booking through third-party platforms, as there is a clear risk of their confirmed bookings not being honored. This level of service and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.

Hotel location was not as per shown on address. When we reached at the location. It was of some another hotel. When we called the caretaker. He was not picking up the all after repeatedly callings. After rear chin g we had to wait for 2 hours approx. To connect with him then he sent another location. But i had family so i changed my mind and to stay back at the hotel we reached. You had misguided us. As the amount was non refundable. But now i want to claim the money has it was not my fault so refund my money and can't recognize the location culprits
