Not good property.. Not any facilities for drinking water in room. And lobby is not cleared. And towel is bad smelling 🤮

Best stay in South Goa

This property is one of the best properties where I have stayed till date. The rooms and surrounding area are clean and well maintained. The food was very tasty. The owner of the property personally looks after all the necessary arrangements and he is very friendly. My overall experience is best and I will definitely recommend this property for a cozy, comfy and memorable stay.

Unclean and small room

Room wasn't clean and it was a very small room and service was pathetic, pillar in between the room. AC also not in great condition. And it's neither near any beach....no restuarants near by....better do not choose Benaulim to stay. It's just local village ... But room floor was really dirty and we made them to clean it. And they do not have 24*7 room service.

Our rooms are cleaned on regular basis, as per your request at 11:30 pm our caretaker cleaned your room which was full of sand understanding that ya'll might have just returned from the beach. Sernabatim beach, Colva beach, and Benaulim beach are in close proximity of our property. (2-3 minutes drive) You were clearly aware that my private residence is next to the homestay and yet you indulged in invading the private space of my residence by entering and taking photographs which was not acceptable. A good space to spend time in, the host Ruben is very attentive and quick for any concern. Rooms are clean, bedding is done well, washroom is also clean, all the necessary requirements are available there, plus a big shoutout to Smart Tv with wifi working in good range, this was the best part. Overall a good stay with attentive staff.

Many thanks to owner Reuben and caretaker Indra. All the amenities and service were excellent though the room size is little bit small. But above all the hospitality was awesome. We felt satisfied by choosing Villa Barbossa after searching for so many properties. As a family whenever we go outside usually our top priority is for connectivity and safety. For both these factors this Villa must get 10/10. We prefered to have food outside as we were wondering here and there for the whole day but Ruben was always ready with his menu card. Both the Colva and Benulim beaches are 5-7 minutes drive. Also Sernabatim beach is walkable. We experienced a kind of positive vibes there at the property. Will also visit this location and this cool property in the monsoon as you can enjoy more in rainy season Anirudha Ashtaputre
