Nice and decent stay

It was nice budget stay. Location is good as Colva beach is near. Rooms are also nice with good view of trees. I personally felt rooms to be bit compact and cleanliness could be better managed but its fine. Host was good and if you want something, he is always approachable.

No one should go by the name it's not a Villa,you will be placed in the backyard of the Villa, carry your tea bags, milk bags etc, you will find only a kettle if you are placed in room no 5 to 7. If you are expecting a service apartment like feel when you read 2 BHK 3 BHK it's no where near to it

Very beautiful stay with very well maintained rooms. As a person who used to prefer beach view stays always loved this villa stay with just 1-2km access to beach. Balcony is my favourite spot and definitely the cleanliness is 10/10. Very calm and peaceful ambience. Will Visit again for aure😊 The host was very humble and friendly.

Best stay in South Goa

This property is one of the best properties where I have stayed till date. The rooms and surrounding area are clean and well maintained. The food was very tasty. The owner of the property personally looks after all the necessary arrangements and he is very friendly. My overall experience is best and I will definitely recommend this property for a cozy, comfy and memorable stay.

Unclean and small room

Room wasn't clean and it was a very small room and service was pathetic, pillar in between the room. AC also not in great condition. And it's neither near any beach....no restuarants near by....better do not choose Benaulim to stay. It's just local village ... But room floor was really dirty and we made them to clean it. And they do not have 24*7 room service.

Our rooms are cleaned on regular basis, as per your request at 11:30 pm our caretaker cleaned your room which was full of sand understanding that ya'll might have just returned from the beach. Sernabatim beach, Colva beach, and Benaulim beach are in close proximity of our property. (2-3 minutes drive) You were clearly aware that my private residence is next to the homestay and yet you indulged in invading the private space of my residence by entering and taking photographs which was not acceptable.
