My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh upon arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft pillows and clean linen. The washroom was neat, dry, and had all the essentials.

Good property near benaulim beach. Hotel with all the amenities present and staff was polite and helpful.

It’s really bad experience , First of all property was not same as shown in the picture on MMT and there were no receptions on the property. Pathetic experience. There were insects in the breakfast provided and also no staff were there. Nothing provided in the room as well

The room was not Good, The hotel location was not reachable, there is no resection and checkin counter. There are no Name Tags for Fab hotels. No Room service facility

It was a very sweet property very close to a beautiful beach with great shacks and food. The owner was very kind and sweet as well.

Their dine in area was far from property. You need to walk there. Manager not good. No one picks up the call at property. Hotel is in middle of market which is great.

Do not book this hotel ever. It is like guest house , unprofessional staff , torn bed sheets, poor smell in room , swimming pool which is not cleaned for months, cats roaming around in hotel lobby, no room service, uncleaned blanket. No help from hotel staff

Waste of Money & Vacation 1) No Staff available to Answer your problems 2) accomodation in other hotel not according to shows in pictures 3) Very Hard to Reach 4) limited water supply 5) Our package was including breakfast but you have to walk to another hotel for that 6) In breakfast they have only 4 option and you can only chose 2 7) Breakfast was worst 8) irregular electricity supply 9) AC was not Working

Everything was good but travel-ling kit was missing only a medimix soap was provided, there was no blanket available, in my bed room there was no side table at all. And when people shouts or talk loud it's reception person responsibility to maintain silence but that was missing in the middle of night.

The room conditions are excellent .the behaviour of staff are also good there talking lightly.they always ready to help.the food of the restaurant also delicious.the swimming pool are also good.housekeeping staff are also good they maintain hygiene of the room they clear properly room and washroom.😊👍

Best place in benaulim beach is hardly min walking distance. Room was good budget friendly hotel. Will definitely visit again

Hotel was under renovation and no one was there for room service every time i had to call mr vishal for room service there was no reception in the hotel when i reached their was no one to attend me i stand-ed for 45 mins & then after several calls mr vishal came & then i have done check in
