it was a nice peaceful location away from city. only issue was we found a cockroach and few insects which we complained to the staff already. otherwise it was a good stay

there was some foul smell in the room and water was not coming in the taps since evening then at 10 pm the room was changed. Staff was polite and cooperative but some basic facilities should be provided.

Nice experience with my family next time we come again exclusive for morning breakfast wast too good

Room was spacious and washroom was good. Hotel doesn’t have a seperate restaurant they have a joint one with their another hotel branch plus restraunt is not available after breakfast time so can’t order room service

Horrible Stay & No Support from MakeMyTrip – Avoid Hotel Vega, Colva I had booked Vega - Boutique Hotel in Colva, Goa through MakeMyTrip for 4 nights. What I experienced was nothing like the photos on the platform. The room was disgusting – cockroaches everywhere, stained bedsheets, broken tap, and unhygienic conditions throughout. It was unfit for stay. I immediately raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip, requesting a cancellation and refund. Neither the hotel nor MakeMyTrip helped in any way. I had to check out the very next day because the place was inhabitable, yet I was charged for the full stay and received no compensation, apology, or support from MMT. MakeMyTrip completely ignored the issue, even after proof was shared. Extremely disappointed with their lack of customer care. If you’re booking through MakeMyTrip, be warned—they do not take responsibility when things go wrong.

One of best place in south goa for couples & family, nearby to Colva beach ,locality feels very safe.

This is an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The property offers a serene and peaceful environment, with restaurants located within a 1.5 to 2 km radius. Colva Beach is just 1.5 km away, making it easy to explore the area either on foot or with a leisurely scooty ride. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and respectful, ensuring a pleasant experience. While the linens in the initial room were not clean, the housekeeping team promptly addressed the issue and replaced them with fresh, clean sheets, which we greatly appreciated. However, the location of the swimming pool, situated directly in front of the reception area and facing the main entrance, detracted from the overall experience. A more private setting for the pool would significantly enhance the guest experience. Had the pool been located in a more secluded area, I would have rated my stay a perfect 5/5. As it stands, I would rate my stay 4/5 due to this lack of privacy.

We booked this property on MakeMyTrip and loved its prime location near beaches and veg restaurants. Our 4-day stay was wonderful, with excellent service and breakfast.

I don't even know from where to start. I booked the highest package for this hotel. My package had a lot of added benefits like welcome drink, complimentary high tea, free mini bar, complementary late check out, breakfast etc. When I reached the first shock I received was that the room was completely different from what was shown in the picture. Since cancellation was not available we decided to adjust for one night. There was no complementary welcome drink or high tea available even after I paid extra for it. We were denied for breakfast saying it was not included in our package. We had to go through another processto get our breakfast and late check out. I still can't believe that I paid extra for benefits and didn't even receive it. The worst part is there was no one to talk clearly. The receptionist had no idea what was happening and couldn't even communicate properly. Had such a great experience in North Goa and everything was washed away with this sour experience in South Goa

The property is centrally located to at least 3 beaches in South Goa..Colva beach, Sernabatim beach and Benaulim beach..inspite of which it is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Our package included breakfast which was very good and unlimited. The WiFi worked very well, the room was very neat and clean as was also the bathroom and the plunge pool was well maintained and a real welcome in this hot weather. The check-in at the reception was smoothly done and the housekeeping staff especially Dijen as well as the catering staff were all very polite and helpful. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely like to visit again. Would highly recommend Vega-a-Boutique Hotel for a stay in South Goa.

Property is very nice & clean, staffs are well behaved and cooperative.

Hotel was not shown as in the pictures. Rooms were small and washroom shower was broken. Breakfast was good.

They give us stay at another hotel which is exactly opp this hotel and told us that sir your room is very small and we are giving you much better room and that room is exactly a size of room which we booked stay is OK OK but that actual hotel is looks much better and newly constructed

Interiors are in good condition. Its superb. Room was clean however the cleaning was done only by wiping throughly. Seen dust on the cornersbin the rooms and bottom of tea tray. No space after keeping bed. No way to dry towel and wet clothes. Bathroom is very small in size one can not easily moce while having bath. Repeatedly poking toilet commode. The name of the room is executive but it's really a small sized lowest category of room and the price is little hire compared to similar sized rooms in other property.

The room was worth it the view and the location was amazing it’s located almost 1.7km away from Colva beach also the staff was amazing and the breakfast was top notch. Had really good experience here

Good newly built hotel. With good facilities and reasonable tarrif when we visited in feb. May vary depending on on season. Good breakfast- no fuss.
