The Citadel Hotel

The locality of the hotel was good, but the cleanliness, restaurant, response of staffs was not up to the mark. Also the facility mentioned during booking was not fully available during the stay.

This is the second time I visited the hotel the staff and room service receptionist all were good and the journey was happy

The stays at citadel hotel at vasco was good the hotel staffs were friendly the restaurant food was good i had a great accommodation at citadel!

There is no lock for the safe.. need to buy it with extra cost.... Something stange... Also timing of restaurants is 9am😱 I went down for my breakfast at 8 and send me back ..

Good room and price was also affordable. But food was costly and not so tasty. Bathroom shower didn't work, but hand shower did the job.

While doing check in the hotel executive were done bad behavior. In-spite of showing booking confirmation they denied to do check in.

Location is good breakfast is average amenities are average

Hotel is too good in this range with excellent service and staff behavior. It was really superb.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and provided timely services.

No wifi, booked ac room but there was no ac, staff was not present, there was not even a bottle of water and the staff brought water from a jug. Worst experience ever

Good overall, expensive for budget hotel but comfortable and helpful staff

Extremely poor quality of rooms. Bathroom was smelling, unhygienic. Poor condition of blankets and bed sheets. Food was putrid. Cockroaches all over the room, even in food. All in all a terrible experience. Don’t stay here ever

The stay was very nice. The hotel location also very close to the vasco junction.
