Excellent ambience, cleanliness, located in prime location. Staffs were friendly. Spacious rooms as well.

It was a short stay but hotel hygiene was very good. Even the hospitality from room service to Dine in was awesome. Must Visit this place as it’s at a PRIME location and walkable distance to Subway, Pizza Hut, Naturals, Temptations and famous railway station of Vasco de gala.

Had a great experience on my stay in The Hq hotel. Rooms were cleaned and hygienic on arrival all the amenties provided, staff was good and cooperative. Bfast menu is also good.

The property was good earlier but now not so. No hand towels, morning buffet managed by 3 poor guys who were running around and then a manager comes in an hour later . I had to wait for 30 mts to get poori. Dont blame the staff who are seriously overworked

The hotel is in main location of Vasco, food and other facilities are nearby ,however this is not a tourist spot. More suited for business trips. The food at the hotel was decent. We had a breakfast buffet. The hotel also a had a spa facility which I had used and it was good.

The stay in HQ was a memorable one. The staff were courteous and pleasant, right from the security staff, to bell boys, to reception staff. Room was clean and hygiene. Breakfast with a very nominal added cost is worth of several fold. The only minus point is the lack of parking space The stay in HQ was a memorable one

Location is near VASCO Rly STN. Food is excellent and services are Prompt. Also very neat & clean linen and rooms. Had very pleasant time.

My experience is good with makemytrip.Every amenitie is good and food is also good. Staff is also good

The staff was unhelpful. None of them guided me to my room or explained the amenities. The air conditioning was turned off for over two hours, and at night, it malfunctioned, causing a lot of noise and leaking water everywhere, which left the room in a disarray. The bathroom taps were dripping, and the lighting in the room was insufficient. No one seemed to care. It was a very disappointing experience.

Location is good, food is also good facilities are ok ok... But the prb is for smoker.... All the rooms are non smoking...if anyone wants to smoke they have to climb to 8th floor or they can go out of property for smoking...

A few things for improvement: Washroom exhaust not working. TV not working. Response slow.
