WORST WORST WORST Worst hotel ever if you are going with a girl or family. We reached there at night, at starting only it gave disturbing feeling and then one by one the staff added more on how to make us more uncomfortable. At reception they started fighting in front of us without even gaving us the room, then they offered us a deluxe room for no reason that was almost same, when we asked the caretaker why they are giving this room he said he don't know. We asked for food they said there is no food the restaurant place was booked for Yoga (In reality there were a lot of people doing massaging with each other with disturbing music till late night) that made us so uncomfortable. They were lying from the starting, and even if we think to go outside to eat there was nothing at all. We asked for taxi they said go to parking area they don't know about that as well ( btw it was there parking area ). So basically knownody knows where's what, even just water. My girlfriend didn't even sleep thanks to them. I will not recommend to book this hotel at all.

Since the cottages are located close to the restaurant area, where a yoga retreat was being hosted, our team upgraded you to a Deluxe Room at no additional charge to ensure your comfort and avoid disturbance. Our restaurant was operational during your stay. As per our records, you placed an order for Dal Fry (1 portion) and Plain Roti (4 pieces) at 8:12 PM, which was served and billed. Hence, service was not refused. The statement regarding “massage activities with disturbing music till late night” is completely untrue and misleading. No such activity took place on our premises. We take such claims very seriously as they misrepresent our property and harm its reputation. Regarding taxi assistance, our staff guided you correctly to the taxi stand located at the resort’s parking area, which is the standard practice. We respect constructive feedback and continuously strive to improve, but we must also strongly address false allegations that harm the property’s image.

location: 4/5 close to beach, although the entrance to the property is slightly congested. There is Car parking available .overall the property is well maintained Close enough to 2 other beaches as well. very peaceful surroundings. you can hear the roar of the sea in your rooms. Food: 5/5 Best part is they serve fresh food. the food is prepared after the order is placed. quality and taste really good. A waiting period would be there, but it's worth since the food is served freshed. Service/Staff: 5/5 the service is really good thanks to the staff. they go extra mile to make sure the customers are attended to. A personal experience: I was badly indisposed which required immediate medications. The staff led by Mr Narayan paid multiple visits to the Pharmacies during late night to make sure the medicines reached us. And assured us that they will be on standby in case we need anything . Kudos to the efforts and hospitality of the staff to take extra care of their guests when in need. for their service no rating would be highlight their efforts. Overall I would recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway and nice food and ofcourse the service
