Vagator Downtown By VDP

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff was very cooperative and friendly throughout our visit. Special thanks to Divya Ma’am at the reception for her full support and warm hospitality. On our anniversary, Bhagyashree Ma’am and Mahesh Sir beautifully decorated our room — completely complimentary and from their side, which really touched our hearts. The food is very tasty at the restaurant, managed by Mr. James. Everything about this hotel was perfect — clean rooms, great service, and an amazing location with everything nearby. Anyone visiting Goa should definitely stay here. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Poor experience—TV not working, fungus in bathroom, no parking, noisy nights, dustbin lid does not open

The Reception staff and security was Good but the hotel ambience was not at all good,I have travelled with my family lot of sounds and disturbance was there for bachelor's it will be okay Regarding food we can say a average vegetarian food is that a veg hotel with bar,not at all recommended for family, We spend there 1 night and checked out early

The stay was amazing, good locality all major party places are in close vicinity. The staff was amazing and responded kindly and quickly. I highly recommend this place to everybody

Very Bad Experience....ye sirf kehne ki 4 Star hotel hai...main to isko 2 Star bhi na du....staff bhot hi helping nature ke hai...but hotel ki Condition kharab hai mujhe room change kar k diya par dusre room me bhi problem thi Air Condition & Room Key Card ki....pehle room me door lock & water drainage ki thi....1st Room no. 302 / 2nd Room no. 307 tha.

There was no laundry and prices for taxi were told very high they were keeping a large amount of commission. Room service was late

Location was average...food was nice... housekeeping and other services of properties was not upto the mark...swimming pool water quality was not good chlorine content was on higher side...rum was average....3/5

We had a very good experience with this hotel. We stayed for 2 days, and it's near the vagator beach one of the good beaches. They greet and treat as well

Worst worst worst! Location is okay but services and amenities are not there! Terrible service! No space for cars parking! Water was leaking from bathroom doors. They legit was charging us 300 rs for using the hand towel because they did not give us the doormat outside washroom

the staff was very courteous and helping… some basic things were missing … dental kits were not provided, gels soap , toiletries were just sufficient for one person in a triple occupancy room, no space for chairs and table in room , balcony was very dirty with bird droppings, very small bathroom with no space to keep tooth brush soaps etc, no place to hang cloths , no phone card in room which says reception, room service number, no menu card in room for in room dining , pool with open bar which is not good for families and kids

Value for money, the property is located at a good location and is well connected to roads. The staff is polite, quick, efficient and supportive. The rooms are quite spacious and well done up, the best part is the swimming pool on the roof top.

Propert is nice, breakfast was really good. Staff behaviour is very friendly from front desk to service to housekeeping. Also location is also nearby to vagator beach. Overall a very good experience

Neat and clean and very good staff. Prime location and beautiful view from the balcony. Save for family and friends.

Experience was good but in off season room cost was to expensive as per room carpet area also pool was located at the roof top which was neither so big nor so small food quality was ok room service was poor & vagator beach was a big no. Overall i will give 3 out of 5 stars.

Hotel rooms are stinky. During our stay we have literally struggled alot with the smelly rooms, bedsheets are filthy with stains parking facility looks like a house with roughly maintained area to park food is decent in buffet with good taste. But overall i would never ever wish to book this hotel again considering you are paying a good amount for a below average category hotel
