Highly Recommended! I’m a professional photographer from Punjab. I had booked this place for just one day, but ended up staying for three days because the location is simply amazing! You get a beautiful beach view right from your room — no need to go anywhere else for the beach. The staff, especially Aditi, Mustak, and others, were very helpful and kind. The owner is also super friendly and welcoming. The beach bar here is excellent, and the chef’s food is really tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable — overall I’d rate this property 10/10. If you’re looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this is the perfect place!

It was a pretty relaxed stay. Hassle free. They have nice shack by the beach that has an easy going vibe, with live music events every day. The food is good too. It was great to see the staff put in the effort every single day, and gearing up for an upcoming busy holiday season. Would like to give a shout out to Mostaq, Vicky, Chandra, Yugendra, Aditi for their hard work and sincerity.

I have booked AC rooms for 2 nights, AC was not working and no response from their side even after repeated reminders and requests. At the time of check in itself AC was not working and there was a cooler in room already. But they told us that AC is working fine and they will arrange a technician soon and based on their promise we have checked in. Since payment for 2 nights was already paid in advance i was not having any other option but to wait. Evening i have reminded them but nobody came to our room. Next day morning i have requested to change the room and they told me they will try providing another room. But nothing happened, they keep on giving false promises and they are not bothered to help. Finally i have given up since i dont want to spoil my vacation and mood by fighting with them. But atleast they can offer a refund since the price of non ac room is almost half. Also dont opt for complimentary brkfst since there is no buffet option. We can choose only one item from brkfst menu, i have paid more than the menu price for complimentary breakfast. Room provided to us was clean but bedsheet was old stained and not good with some spots. The location is superb and food was also good. Sweet lake is walkable distance only and we really enjoyed it. Staffs and service is also good but only regarding AC they keep on telling lied to us. Also no parking available and pay park will cost you rs400per day.

Food was good but bit expensive, staff was very helpful and polite. Location is plus, situated on shore, serene place with beautiful sea view.

This place is good for someone whos looking to stay away from the crowd, it is located right on the beach and has good events hosted by amazing artists. The management here is very helpful. I'd recommend you to stay here atleast once for the experience

Booked a room, so can only talk about that. Difficult to reach, cars stop half a kilometre away. Difficult to find, and no parking available. Paid parking costs 500 for 24h. Rooms are okay, but not worth the price when there are boutique cottages available nearby for cheaper. Or even fully furnished apartments for cheaper. At the beachfront cafe, the food was horrendous, completely inedible. Their music show is good, drinks are cheap and vibes are good; though not enough to be a saving grace.

Booking was done in a different room got a different room toilets are unhygienic, ventilation in the room was not good felt suffocated during night sleep and overall the stay was not comfortable at all

Staff was laidback to Indians and more so to solo traveller like me.

Water coming from shower was dirty, the bed was not upto the mark, i have been in hostels as well but it was not expected, there was no facility of hot water, they didnt even provide water bottles they said its chargeable, pathetic service.
