Very nice. Experience good amenities

Stay at Arya Cottages was a decent one. Best part was location, it is situated right on Agonda beach, at its North end. Rooms were ok. Room on ground floor did not have ceiling fan, they had kept a table fan. ACs in both rooms were functioning properly. Bed on 1st was big enough for 2 adults, however one on ground floor was smaller. Drainage in 1st floor bathroom should be fixed. Package Included breakfast, though options were limited. Decent option if you are looking for a budget stay on Agonda beach.

Arya cottage and mm t mislead customers by showing the wrong room photographs while booking, and when the customer reaches, he gets an entirely different room. Moreover, the ac and fresh room spray didn't work correctly. I short both make sure that your holiday experience as severely as possible.

Decent place to have a peaceful stay for individual or family good. Food is average. Parking available for both 2 and 4 wheeler.

Booked for 2 night but stayed only 1. Booked for 4 adult and 3 kids but hardly there is place for 4 adult and 1 infant. Environment also not for family.

Room: was great. Flooring a little patchy, should probably see to that. Nice view. Bed was a little hard and very noisy. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. Good pressure on running water. Location: very peaceful, could be considered a little far from everything but it depends what you want to do. Amenities: body board hire. They should buy a surf board to rent. Shops are a 5 minute walk. Safety & hygiene: very clean, i liked the tap to wash your feet and the side passage you have to use when coming off the beach. Few bits of litter down the passage. I picked up a few bits but obviously wasn't going to clean it all. Staff: really friendly. Good people. Food: we just had a few snacks. Very tasty, very reasonably priced.

It is kind of slum and very worst. I don't even suggest for individual stay as well

I have heard and read reviews about resorts in goa denied check-ins. But experiencing it was pathetic especially when you are traveling with year old kid. It was a messy booking ever done. Got a call from arya resort next minute after booking it for 2 nights from denying the check-in as the property is already sold out and they kept it open for by mistake and then i had to cancel my cab booking as we couldn't move without confirmation. Then on calling they said they will allow check-in. After some time arya cottage called and said finding nearby property but partial sea view which wast not even a sea facing hut. ( i booked sea view/beach front stay for arya cottage. I had to check-in there due to delays and exertion for 1 night. Then next day they allowed check-in for original booking. That too was hectic and unpleasant experience as they prefer foreign tourists. Not recommended for families at all unless you are from abroad. Next day on checking the availability of arya cottage - was showing available for same stays which are already occupied and sold out. Disgusting management for online bookings.

Ac room is ok. But i booked another non ac room in upstairss that was worst. Looks like storeroom. Food and service are worst no water bottles provided in room. And they serve local water bottles for 35 rs

Never seen a room so basic that it doesn't even have a single hook either in the room or in the bathroom. There were insects in the shower. The toilet seat was broken. The floor squeeked. Walls were poorly painted. The only good thing about the room was the view from the balcony nothing else.

I had provided detail feedback on google. So please check there. Property location, staff behaviour, room etc everything was very good. Since it is new property, many things they're still arranging for example kitchen. The only problem i faced was drinking water was not available and they sell water bottles on high price than mrp which is against the law.

basic beach hut with amazing location on the beach, they provide parking but you have to walk through local houses to reach this small arya cottages. room was clean and spaces when visited in oct 2022.

The pictures against partial sea view aren't accurate. This was a bare white room with just a bed and fan. No cupboards, hooks for hanging clothes. Toilet was not well maintained. Definitely not worth the that is paid. The high price is just for the close beach proximity which many other cottages also provide. Please do not book unless you just can't afford anything else.
