R K Penthouse

The RK Penthouse property was very dampness & stinking smell, as they mentioned no 3 bedroom & 4 bathroom.

Interior of property was not good as shown in pictures. Ac was not working in hall. Not satisfied with the property.

The stay was amazing. Services provided by the servant and owner is very good. Overall cleanliness is also good. I would recommend this penthouse to my other friends.

Great place. To stay with family and also in group. Location is great. Panjim city nearby and great hospitality.

Where should i start from ? okay. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. I have promised them to give 2 separate rooms, because they always share a room when we go for a tour. So after searching so much, i found a 3 bedroom apartment and booked it. After a long problematic train journey. We reached the apartment only to find 2 rooms and i contacted the owner. He said, since we are only 4 members. He could only give me 2 bedroom apartment. Which he did not indicate in any of his chats in whatsapp or in phone calls. If you really do not want to cheat me. You should have told me, you will give only 2 bedrooms for 4 members in your phone calls or in your chats. But instead you put all your blames on the company. Even worse you asked me to pay more if i want a third bedroom, why should i pay extra when i have paid for a three bedroom apartment. We just didn't have the energy to argue, so we said let it be. I booked from 28th dec to 1st January 2024, from 31st the water in the apartment began to flow very little. I had booked for a 3 bedroom apartment and he gave me only a 2 bedroom apartment. They told me to wait-a-bit. I could cancel the booking. What do you want me to do after canceling the booking in a peak hour? where should i go with my children. What kind of solution is that? two days later i got a text message saying, they could solve the problem by january 1st. I could be checking out on january 1st. What could you be solving after that. This is the second time? the owner did not solve the problem. Instead they kept on blaming each other. Not one of them said they could give the 3 apartment room which they promised. I will not recommend this apartment for anyone. Location and rooms are ok but book with caution.

Value for money property still need some sort of maintainence in things inside room, bathroom. Overall good experience

As per the message received, allotted 3 bedroom apartment, but got two bedroom apartments. Stay was pleasant. The rooms to be vaccum cleaned. Lot of dust on the tv area

Property was very well maintained, was having all the basic utensils and everything was taken care. Location was also easy to reach. Overall a wonderful stay.

The place was not very difficult to locate. It was a really nice place and was decently maintained. It was clean, so cant complain. But the place did reek of cigarettes so maybe they could have cleaned the place a little better. There was not much of a help around. We had to call the property owner for everything. Service was not good. We had to ask for every basic necessities. We lost water service in between for a whole night. Overall it was a decent stay. A little expensive for off-season.

Very clear n and spacious. Parking space is limited but manageable.

Location, surrounding, kitchen have all utensils. You can stay happily. Other arrangements are also excellent including internet
