As shown in Google pictures room was very bad and if u would have spent just 1000 rs more i would have get Hyatt hotel worst experience I paid

Overall facility was good but there was no hand wash or dental kit in the room. Break fast was good but food is a little expensive. Also for cab Booking via hotel was expensive , they were charging more than 2k just for two places in North Goa. Will suggest not ask in reception for cab

One of the best stay in goa which i have experienced..very good hospitality and staff and tasty food they serve. very nice and clean room. Suggested to stay here as its very near to baga beach and tittos lane.

Worst hotel old pattern because of rain room smells bad no ac is working the staff is so lazy for poor service after requesting they changed the other room then it goes well but so many mosquito r there no staff there to provide all out or etc

groupThe hotel is in very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to baga beach. Tito’s street is just 10 mins walk. Room is spacious. There’s no view from the room and was bit stinky. Might be because of the area behind the hotel. Breakfast had limited choice but was good. Swimming pool is kind of big and maintained well and it’s the main attraction of this hotel. The hotel looks good with a traditional touch. I would say the place is a good choice. I didn’t find any safety issues.

Not worth the price.

There is not much to speak about, hotel has a heritage feeling and also rooms are quite spacious but, bathroom is not that clean, kind of price they are charging we expect better facility. Breakfast spread was also quite limited. The geyser doesn't work and also there is no wifi range in the hotel rooms. Also we came across a few cockroaches in the rooms

Not worth the rate.

Room did not have wifi. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Laundry service is given to third party so take time to deliver. No locker/safe in room. Parking is not available. Have to use paid parking outside hotel.

familyLocation is good, quite close to baga beach. Staff is courteous, apart from that poor performance on all fields. I can understand you can't do maintenance like changing poor wc in toilet or broken windows but why using decade old towels/linen, why linen in not changed everyday. 95 percent time nobody at room service or reception. Swimming pool was in filthy condition. So in nutshell, management is poor and till owners change that big no for visiting this property.

Location of the property and hospitality was really good. Only the concern is they do-not have private parking space, main concern. People need to give rs400 for parking in that lane per day. Also variety of food was less but was tasty
