The stay was excellent. Highly recommended. Owner was always backing the things. Boy was cooperative. Walkable to beach. Location super. But don't come in own car. No parking.

Value for money property with far away parking

familyLocation is closest to the beach, just 1 min away. Amenities are basic and okay for an overnight stay. Caretaker abhishek is a good human being and he was professional in terms of customer service. Parking is unavailable at the property and you have to do it in public paid car parking at baga beach which is 5 mins away. Please don’t expect much from this 3 star property but overall customer service and prime location are the highlights.

Locality of rosy guest house is not good we stayed for 3 nights and room cleaning didn't happen for even a single day despite asking for it one very good thing is it's very close to baga beach. Please tell me how to utilise this discount

The location is perfect. 2 minutes walking from baga beach. The room was spacious and very clean. The hot water was provided for bathing. Wifi was provided. The blankets and pillows were super clean. The ac and refrigerator were also in nice condition. Parking space is not available here. You will have to park the car 2 minutes away in pay and park. Power backup is not there and faced power outages at nights.

The room and service were both good, but there were issues with electricity throughout the day. On the day of checkout, the power went out at 3 a. M. And didn't return until we left. Interestingly, neighboring buildings and even the guest house's ground and second floors had electricity; only the first floor was affected. I called the caretaker multiple times, but unfortunately, he just ignored the issue. Aside from this problem, the stay was fine.
