Poor Stay

There was no provision of drinking water at the property only packaged water was there. A stinky smell like some animal's po*p was there at the entrance was coming and everything was stinking(our bad luck may be that day)below reception area at ground floor and stairs. Although reception staff behaviour was good and helpful we got to do 1 hour early check-in and they were ready to help for cabs and all. The location was very nice just near to baga beach and at a walkable distance to clubs at the same lane, but it also becomes too crowded after 8 pm upto 3:30 am and vehicles horns and noises come more at night as it is lively outside at nights also. Foods alcohol and all local shopping items shops are at walkable distances. It is Average if we see cost to location

very very bad experience. everything are not available there,no service there, staff is very bad.no glasses & cup in the room, no room service is there,staff playing ludo all time,but room is clean. I tell the staff please give me a one packet cigarette, tell me you go & purchase the cigarette, this is raineing season, we are not go tooutside.

Very terrible experience of stay. Rooms are very stinky, food not available, even a litre of water bottle had to be purchased from outside. Not at all suitable for family stay. Online images looks good but in reality it’s horrible. Worst experience ever.

Marcello Palace is located right on Titos Lane 1 between the party clubs so can't complain about music being played by clubs close by between 830pm to 4am approx. Rooms are decent with all basic Amenities provided. Their staffs are so helpful especially Manjunath Rathore can go miles to help his guest. Other staff Shaunak is also helpful. There no kitchen facility at hotel so you have to take all meals outside. overall an excellent budget hotel right in between the party lane
