room was not clean,no maintenance,no towels in the room,staff was rude,rooms were not as per they showed in the app.very dissapointed with make my trip for puting such filthy hotel on their site.i want refund cos it was not up to the standard as per mention on the make my trip app.

pathetic.. everything was unclean .. people are just getting scammed here.. worst service and worst hotel ever.. dogs are coming inside from the street and shitting inside the hotel.. These kinds of hotels should not be listed in mmt at all..

Poor Stay

There was no provision of drinking water at the property only packaged water was there. A stinky smell like some animal's po*p was there at the entrance was coming and everything was stinking(our bad luck may be that day)below reception area at ground floor and stairs. Although reception staff behaviour was good and helpful we got to do 1 hour early check-in and they were ready to help for cabs and all. The location was very nice just near to baga beach and at a walkable distance to clubs at the same lane, but it also becomes too crowded after 8 pm upto 3:30 am and vehicles horns and noises come more at night as it is lively outside at nights also. Foods alcohol and all local shopping items shops are at walkable distances. It is Average if we see cost to location
