Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mango! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The location was far away from the station, not 10 mins. The stay was pathetic, the rooms weren’t clean and we found cockroaches everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I reached mango hotel at 11pm and was shocked to hear from the manager that make my trip had not informed the hotel of our booking. And hence it was chaos. Four of us are senior citizens. And still they allotted rooms on different floors. Never in my previous booking did the hotel ask us to inform them separately about the booking when it's done from mmt. But here they expected us to call them prior to going! rooms allotted were not clean and has pests around. There was no hot water service in one of the rooms.

we had a wonderful stay with mango hotel. they also have a nice restaurant with some great food. we opted for the in-house breakfast and loved it. we had two rooms and one had split ac which was very good. the other room with the window ac was not very cool. friendly staff and great experience. please ask for the room with split ac in summer🤩
