Very Very Congested room no space at all very untidy no proper cleaning has to ask for every thing to be provided prior to guest arrival.

The photo room was good. But the direct visit of that room was in the very worst condition.. Im paying extra for an extra payment and booking another hotel.. Worst experience in goa

If you are looking for a small budget rooms with clean and good rooms then you must try this.

Too many mosquitoes in room. Counter was empty. And location is too noisy. Walls of room were dirty.

Neat tidy rooms, good ambiance, cooperative staff, food availability very near city center, near to beach

We booked 3 rooms for 2 night. They are not maintaining cleanliness at all, not changing bed sheets and bed spreads this thing has been told by the worker itself which is horrible. Rooms are congested. Other than that overall it’s an average stay.

The hotel room and stay were really good, very close to sea and accessible to all the nearby places also a good road touch hotel which has a medical, shopping store nearby. Must visit place

Hotel stay isn’t comfortable on triple and double bed rooms. For a people with three or double it’s too congested. Quadruple room is good for two persons. Although the beds can accommodate three the space of the room is less. You might wanna think about parking if you have a car. There is no designated parking place available and the bed sheets aren’t good. You might see some stains and bed sheets in yellow w color even they are washed.

No service. Nothing is available and not even single person available if we need anything. Location of property is very good.

Stay is very good. Room, cleaning, ambiance is also excellent. Food and service also good. Location wise hotel is excellent all places near hotel.

Room clean and very neat. Very near to beach and easy accessible to merchant shops.
