INDIANO COMFORT STAYS

While booking they said hot water, kettle, hair drier etc. are available, thats why I booked this. But nothing was available. Even they didnt provide shower jel, soap, towel and even drinking water

Prons : - Location near Anjuna Cons :- No car parking available, owner is not available, even if you try to approach he will route to care taker no extra blanket, no water provided, no kettle available as shown in pics, fridge doesn't work provided in room. They have care taker available in property who is kept to say " NO " for every thing. I.e Can you provide water - Not available Can you provide extra blanket- Not available sir Can you please provide kettle - Not available sir Can you pls provide Soap, Shampoo - Not available sir there is long list of things, think twice before booking. previous this place was known as Amigo, which has changed to Indiano comfort stays, seems due to Google reviews

The room was very neat and clean and service are very good I will suggest this Indiano comfort stays

If you are looking for some basic stay you can go ahead with this. choose the option with a balcony because those rooms are a little better. no issues with the cleanliness.

Firstly the hotel name was different which was showing for which it took time to find the hotel. There is no name with India no comfort stay. Service was very poor in the guest house as tv, wifi was not working. We did not get any service in the guest house. So overall it was not good experience to stay here for the trip.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Information & Poor Maintenance Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the hotel's actual name was Amigo, not Indiano Comfort Stays, which was misleading. The room we were given did not match the photographs shown at the time of booking. It was unclean and poorly maintained, far from the expectations set by the listing. The amenities listed in the booking description were either missing or non-functional. While they advertised a kettle, hairdryer, chair, iron, ironing board, and a free mini-bar, none of these were provided. When we inquired, the staff casually admitted that they only mention these facilities but never actually provide them. Toiletries were another disappointment—only a bar of soap was provided, nothing else. Additionally, while a TV was present in the room, it was not working, and the staff vaguely cited technical issues without any resolution. Overall, this stay was highly unsatisfactory. The property is misrepresented in the booking details, and the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities makes it a poor choice. I would not recommend staying here.

Room service is Good. Caretaker (Ajay) is very supportive and good nature.

Tv was not working, hot water cattle as was in description was not provided, otherwise good.

Overall amazing experience. the host was ALWAYS available on call for anything and everything. even the rooms had all that was required - ac, fridge, geyser..and the best part is location. everything at doorstep - cafe, shops, beaches, rental bikes and what not..

Property location was difficult to find as the name mentioned on the mm t was not displayed anywhere. Further the rooms which were booked by us were allocated to someone else on account of double booking, however the owner provided us better rooms in the replacement of the same and our stat was great

Have come here with my family, rooms are clean, sufficient enough for a family of 2 and kid, very clean room, good working ac, tv, clean bathroom. Please choose indian stays for your best experience of stay in goa
