This is very good in budget hotel. staff and owner is very friendly and co operative. very nice family! I will also book next time. if you just want a place to sleep bath this is a good option. also close to arambol area & good for Maharashtra tourist

The resort was too terrible. Rooms were not clean. There were frogs roaming inside the room. Bathroom was smelling. Bed was broken. Wooden cottage was stick-ed with celeotape everywhere. Worst experience ever.Please don't recommend this stay to customers

I booked for 28 feb. When i rescheduled for next day, the difference amount is double. Just like new booking. This is not fair. Either make my trip doing fraud or mermaid resort i don't know. But overall my experience is not good

No room service has been provided, rooms not very clean, no water bottle provided by the staff and tea also not provided when i have ordered from menu card they told me to come on reception and take your parcel will not provided in the room

Voltage fluctuations in top rooms

There was voltage fluctuations in top rooms ac and fan was not working properly but hotel person shifted us to ground floor and it was good. Toilet would have been bit more cleaner.
