    We had a fabulous experience during our 5 day stay in the hotel. The food was extremely delicious, the staff was extremely courteous and location awesome. The staff was very skillful and very helpful

    Hotel El Paso was a savior for us after a bad experience with Rudra Holidays(alongside makemytrip). The hotel manager was very courteous and was very responsive. We had a good stay at the hotel and it is just a 2 min walk to the beach. Ambience was really good. I would recommend this to others.

    Overall the stay was good and the manager was courteous. The location was better than my expectation. Everything is nearby. I didn't had food at the hotel so can't really comment on it. But I must say the manager helpful and looks after every need or request we put in front of him.

    Honestly speaking, this is not a hotel, this is a joke. I have booked a deluxe AC room for Rs 7812 for 2 nights which is little on budget range. However, my experience turned bad the moment we entered into the hotel. Nobody cared to took our luggage to the room. We got completely surprised when we found that the room is on ground floor with no view and following facilities are not there at all: 1) There were no bathroom accessories, not even a tissue. 2)The blanket which was given has holes on it. When I asked to change the manager told just take a white bed sheet, I was stunned, then he told "ohh yours not a budget room may be so you can have another blanket " I was completely stunned by this behavior, I did not utter a single word. 3)The mug in the bathroom was broken. 4) A/C had no remote. 5) The bed and pillows were hard, not comfortable at all. 6) The room was very small, I think 10inch by 10 inch. 7) The door locks did not work properly. 8) With sheer surprise they did not even give a bottle of water, when asked they told please pay Rs 20 !!! As if I am begging for Rs 20 bottle, unbelievable. 9) The room had no dustbin, when asked with god's grace they have surprisingly given a one. 10) The toilet was not sanitised it looked dirty. 11) And the biggest surprise was there was no room service at all. I wonder how it can be hotel then !! 12) The TV did not work. 13) There were spiders in the bathroom. We only spent the night in hotel to sleep, rest of the whole time we were in beach, I didn't want to spoil my vacation by arguing with hotel managers. The behavior of the restaurant staff was also very bad and sarcastic. He was looking at us in very weird manner. In short the entire hotel staff including the manager was not a good and hospitable person. There was not a single invoice/bill given to me for whatever water/coffee I have brought from them. It's bad in all ways. With not a single facility how the room type can be declared deluxe AC room I still do not understand. I also strongly believe such hotels should not be listed in makemytrip, where in the end you feel like cheated.
