The walls are dirty. Washrooms not clean. Cobweb found in the corners.

We went with friends and our intent was to not stay in luxurious resort due to budget constraints. However we never expected such a poor experience. No hot water, no generator in a place where light is out frequently, caretaker does not receive calls when needed, non edible breakfast !! Lot of better places to stay in Goa in this budget

This Apartment is well located in Goa and service provides by us is very good. Rooms is really good and well furnished AC rooms, sofa sets. Toilet is clean well, everything looks beautiful for better stay. Choose this type of Apartments very comfortable.

We are traveled 6 adult to this apartments. This room is very excellent with swimming pool, air cooler is not working, in dining room there is bulb and bad room services in room. They giving free WiFi it is not even working for 4 hours.
