Soul Vacation Resort and Spa, Colva

Excellent place to relax. The property is really beautiful and close to the beach. However there's a scope of improvement in food. The breakfast menu was limited. It can be improved.

Our stay at soul vacation has been an amazing experience. In previous years we have visited soul for the spa only. This is the first time we had stayed here and the service has been impressive. Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to change our bookings and the staff members in particular the manager Alex has been accommodating and understanding. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our son had an injury and the in-house doctor (dr Jiten) was calm, response and assisted us to the hospital. The rooms are spacious and calming. Food is delicious and service is quick. We would stay here again on our return to Goa and would recommend Soul Vacation to our friends and families.

Hotel Review *Positive Aspects:* - The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the beach. - The hotel building and garden are attractive. - The security guards are helpful and polite. - The swimming pool and its area are well-maintained. *Areas for Improvement:* - The stairs leading to the first-floor rooms need renovation as they appear eerie. - The beds are uncomfortable. - Mosquitoes are present in the rooms. - The fridge in the room makes a loud noise that disturbs sleep. - The bathroom faucets are too hard. - Adjusting the hot and cold water temperature takes a long time. - The hot water tap is too hot for children to touch. - The telephone has a poor connection with a "khar khar" sound. - Room service is slow, and it took 30 minutes for coffee to arrive after ordering, requiring multiple calls. - The restaurant staff was unavailable at 9 PM, and it took four calls to get someone to take an order. - The dinner served at night was cold. - The breakfast and dinner menu options are limited considering the price. - Drinking water was not available during breakfast, and had to be requested. - The payment process was inconvenient, with no swap machine available initially. - No staff was available to help with luggage during check-out.

so many negative reviews. Yes the food had limited options but there was a good test. The staff was so helpful for the food selection. The most amazing experience was the KARA Ayurveda. Lots of greenery at the resort feels like you are with nature. Reception, Resturant and KARA Aruveda all staff behaviour so good.

Just okay stay at hotel : Rooms are going to good. Breakfast is okay. Hotel service is okay. Nothing great about the hotel.

The place was really beautiful... Rooms were super clean and the staff was really helpful and sweet. The food was good... We had our daily breakfast at the hotel. I would recommend the same to my peers. It was a very pleasent stay with great ambience and location. The property was really beautiful and full of greenery. We had amazing breakfast during our stay. We had an experience of shirodhara massage and it was really rejuvenating.

The room was not good. Ac was leaking, bed was uncomfortable. Pool area was under maintainence. I didn’t like it at all wasn’t a comfortable stay at all

Our stay at this resort was a disappointing experience for both me and my wife. Firstly, the staff behavior was not guest-friendly. Especially the lady at the reception around 12 PM yesterday — she was very arrogant and lacked basic courtesy. We had requested an early check-in (just 2 hours in advance) since we were extremely tired after our train journey from Kochi. However, not only was the request denied, but her response was rude and unprofessional. We checked out today by 9:30 AM. Despite paying for amenities like the swimming pool and spa, we were not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance and the spa services were unavailable. This should have been clearly communicated during the booking process. The breakfast served in the morning was below average in both quality and taste. As for the room, it was just average. Basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo were of poor quality, and there was no hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Overall, we are not satisfied with the service and amenities, and we hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience. Need refund for this

It was two days cacation plan in goa and we stayed here with perfect destination Good Infra Good food Near to beach Helpful staffs

Properties, good, but not enough parking space over there where struggled to find the parking People smoke in lobby area,

Room was quite comfy, but there wasnt any provision of fan inside the room. Service was pretty poor.

We stayed for 2 nights. Good experience overall. Helpful staff and good service. Very close to the beach. Food was ok, breakfast options could be a bit better.

The property is okish. Location is away from the beach ( around 7 mins walk ). The wifi was not working at all. Even after complaining multiple times, no action was taken.

But was disappointed with the flooring of the bathroom and the furniture needs an upgrade - definitely refurbished cupboards etc is needed

Excellent location for beaches, restaurants etc. I did not eat at hotel. Amenities very good . Lovely pool area. Spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff really good.
