Resort Paloma de Goa

Overall the stay experience was good, service was prompt upon request. Faced high issues with TV working in the room and TataSky recharge, which was not to our satisfaction. Manish from the Hotel Staff did his best to resolve the issue but lacked further support from others. Room cleaning was requested on 1st day. Could have been much better experience if such requests were taken care with Immediate action. Overall a satisfactory stay!

This place is not exactly a resort. Rooms are kind of lodge type rooms and rooms stinks all the time. There has to be al lot of followups for anything that you need ( hot water, room cleanups etc). Swimming pool is good. This place is near to the madgaon railway station but does not have anything nearby to grab. You have travel atleast 2-3 km for anything. Hotel buffet is not good, its better you order from swiggy or zomato.

everything is fine. Location is little away from beach.But calm and ecofriendly.Roomboys ,receptionist and owner too are good and care tsking.recomended.

The place is strictly ok. The bathroom and bed were clean, but the rest of the room and furniture required major maintenance. It was not worth the money we paid.

Very worst experience, all fault on makemytrip, this is not a hotel or resort. This property is airbnb or we call a pure pg, they have swimimg pool in middle of building when we reached there 1pm and we saw a lot of young boy drink beer in pool and doing lot of noise and it was continue till night. In other room also boys was doing drink party with full noise and music. It was terrible one night stay in this worst property. Don't go there with family

This resort is the best budgeted resort in South Goa, It's affordable and the staff is very friendly and adjustable. The pool is good , The freedom to come and go anytime. I would definitely recommend it for young groups and family

Nice cosy resort nice swimming pool and balconies, i liked the layout of the place, resort boys were responsive and helpful, just needs to be cleaned better

The resort is wonderful and service is owe-some location and every thing is gud. Very clean and supportive staff. Will recommend to my friend and relative for this resort. Before coming i was not sure which resort is gud. Bt this is owe-some decision to come here

Our stay was good, nice climate, no disturbance, best for families. Room was neat and we'll maintained. Special thanks for receptionists and ramu helper guided us very well.

Comfortable stay, nice swimming pool, perfect location

The hotel does not have a restaurant so ordering food has to be done only via swiggy or zomato. There is no lift in the facility with a big turn off. Rooms are spacious but lacks modern amenities. The biggest negative is that the hotel is located in an isolated neighbourhood with no public transportation available. The nearest beach is colva and 2 kms away

Positives: rooms - good. Maintance - good. Owner response - good. We couldn't use swimming pool after 9pm since service boy said we have to clean the pool (he added clorine at 9pm. Overall experience was good at this hotel.

The stay was good but only issue is with the arrangements like menu card missing in room, extra pillows they said its chargeable 50- per day, 2 water bottles for 5 people in 3 days, less staff for luggage pickup in odd hours, but comfort is good, but u can use pool as per your comfort till 8-9 pm also. Hotel guys are co-operative. No complains so far in terms of behaviour. If one is not bothered about food so much then this place is comfortable for 4-5 days. No nothing else, i already shared my review

We booked 2bhk room. Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs are also well behaved. Location wise its 1. 5 km from colva beach

Everything is fine except they don't have in house kitchen. We requested for food on the evening of tuesday but the number they give us refused to oblige because they were closed. Everything else was perfect
