The room was not good. Ac was leaking, bed was uncomfortable. Pool area was under maintainence. I didn’t like it at all wasn’t a comfortable stay at all

No proper amenities available for the guests. Super slow service in the Hotel restaurant. Overall average service. Wouldn’t recommend someone

Our stay at this resort was a disappointing experience for both me and my wife. Firstly, the staff behavior was not guest-friendly. Especially the lady at the reception around 12 PM yesterday — she was very arrogant and lacked basic courtesy. We had requested an early check-in (just 2 hours in advance) since we were extremely tired after our train journey from Kochi. However, not only was the request denied, but her response was rude and unprofessional. We checked out today by 9:30 AM. Despite paying for amenities like the swimming pool and spa, we were not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance and the spa services were unavailable. This should have been clearly communicated during the booking process. The breakfast served in the morning was below average in both quality and taste. As for the room, it was just average. Basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo were of poor quality, and there was no hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Overall, we are not satisfied with the service and amenities, and we hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience. Need refund for this

It was two days cacation plan in goa and we stayed here with perfect destination Good Infra Good food Near to beach Helpful staffs

Properties, good, but not enough parking space over there where struggled to find the parking People smoke in lobby area,

Room was quite comfy, but there wasnt any provision of fan inside the room. Service was pretty poor.

We stayed for 2 nights. Good experience overall. Helpful staff and good service. Very close to the beach. Food was ok, breakfast options could be a bit better.

The property is okish. Location is away from the beach ( around 7 mins walk ). The wifi was not working at all. Even after complaining multiple times, no action was taken.

But was disappointed with the flooring of the bathroom and the furniture needs an upgrade - definitely refurbished cupboards etc is needed

Excellent location for beaches, restaurants etc. I did not eat at hotel. Amenities very good . Lovely pool area. Spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff really good.

Place was ok. Clean rooms & sheets. Minimal amenities in the bathroom. Limited food menu. Service people were fine. Staff at reception were rude.

The stay was good and relaxing, the massage was also good. Breakfast quality was not upto the mark and there were very limited options. In our rooms the ACs were not working properly which was an inconvenience to us.

A cozy hotel with a very good ayurveda wellness team. A special note of appreciation to trishala in the restaurant and all her colleagues. We highly recommend dr surabhi and her knowledgeable, skilled and empathetic team id shibi, akhil and vismaya. They are fabulous. Would recommend a revamp of the interiors and also a better/ wider breakfast choice.

Hotel location is excellent 5 to 7 min walk from beach. Market is nearby and lot of options for shopping. You must try martin’s corner restaurant for best food which is hardly 3 to 4 km. You can go by auto or taxi. At hotel
