no nonsense hotel...they provided all things mentioned.... location, amenities, cleanliness and service wise ...all good...pool also clean...

This is my 3rd time visiting goa and staying in Bells Beach Resort, the staff is great and location is in the heart of beaches of calangute/baga, overall my experience was great with cleanliness and service

Room cleaning service (once daily) received only after reminding 5times in 3 hrs. Restaurant food quality not good, price & quantity different from menu, price is abnormally high. Room smelly, full of cockroaches, mosquitoes.

Nice place to stay near many locations food Is good and amenities are superb and best service loved it This was my first experience in a decent hotel in goa which was near to beaches and food was also awesome loved their breakfast

Horrible Wifi and mobile network coverage. Telephone was broken. Not value for money, can get better hotels nearby with the same charges

Not that much value for money

I booked by paying extra amount in which early check in and welcome drink option was added. Unfortunately no welcome drink provided and also no early checking allowed by giving excuses that room not available. Checkout time of hotel is 11am and nrml checking time is 2pm. Don't understand their concept that when their guests was checkout 11pm and after cleaning they can provide me room till 12pm but they even didn't provided room even before 5min earlier. I had wait till 3hours and even no water was asked by them. Their washroom was smelling very badly. And little bit services issues also.

Big rooms, good service

It’s good service provided by hotel staff and food was good and rooms are good and parking space was available at hotel

Overall stay was nice but the hotel need to focus on cleaninness of the rooms they provide like the bed sheet pillow cover towel which i found was little dirty and torn too bathroom was also smelly as i entered the room for the first time

It was a very good stay, the hotel is very good 2 km away from calangute beach. It's a neat and clean hotel. It's not a resort. The staff is very good, very good service. Worthy stay.

Our first night was a nightmare as we opened the first door of room# 418 we had two lizards already staying in the room. The room was dirty, spider webs everywhere. It looked a dungeon. We had to shifted to another room for a night which was ok and next morning to 404. The balcony were dirty not swept. Cob webs all across. Dusty af. Overall the experience was not great. I didn't expect a 4-star property to be so dirty.
