this stay was good. location of the property is fantastic, just by the calangute beach. Food quality was good, but it's a restaurant with veg and non-veg. swimming pool and changing room were not clean and maintained. service was also good. property needs a renovation and painting. however, in this price range, it was a good hotel to stay

When I booked the Ticket that time Price is high. But when I reach Hotel the Price is so low. There is the difference Per day.

Wonderful stay, the location is absolutely wonderful, staff are very courteous, humble and helpful, I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Only convenience is its location as it is near to the beach... maintenance is average, the AC of the rooms is not upto Mark, No lifts it is difficult for senior citizens,Rooms door screens are very light colours due to which afternoons you will not be able to stay in rooms.

Property's food is good quality. The location is very close to sea beach and very nice place and other facilities is also good.

Bad food, very badly maintained room.

Breakfast arrangement with Hotel Sagar was just pathetic. They are charging extra just for toasting the breads. Additionally, most of the time the containers were kept empty so that customers did not get food and left for daily tour. In regard to room, The rooms are beautiful but service was poor. The tea bags, complementary waters were not refilled post daily room cleaning.

No fridge in the room, expensive unrealistic taxes, expensive food and beverages, rest were all below average.

Very Good place to stay with Family. Staffs are also cooperative, Good service from staffs. The place is Neat and Clean. Food is also Good quality of Food. Desk Staffs are so cooperative. They are also helpful.

Location of Property is on the Beach, Breakfast is Good, Service is also Good, Amenities are limited.

Our stay at Calangute residency was only for two days. And though it was rainy season, there was no big shower, so we could enjoy to the fullest. Just from the balcony of the room we could see and hear the see and enjoy the breeze. Staff of the property were very helpful and friendly
