Location And service is awesome.... CONS= Packed Drinking Water is chargeable. Breakfast is Below Average in quality and taste both. Reception phone ring hear till room so I didn't sleep peacefully.

The property was good but the hygine wasn’t upto the mark. The room’s toilet somehow stinking and we couldn’t bear the smell. And the corridor was full of smoking smell.

Not that great of an experience, service not good, plus hygiene not maintained, the room also smelled bad. Not recommended.

The Property is very good and comfortable...The staff in the Hotel is also good and the location of Hotel is exactly 5 min away from beach that is the main point I like about the Hotel..It is good for family stay

The Cottages are really nice and spacious and the staff are very friendly and kind, they will help you get important information about the place

Rooms are fine, but bed sheets and blankets need to be changed. Buffet breakfast also needs improvement. USP of thus properly us it pool and closeness to Colva beach.

The room was good but ther was bad smell in the room,food is more expensive and tastes bad especially the cutlery looks like they have purchased it from scrap market, the waiter was polite, good,humble (Name:- Mahinder)

I booked an Executive Room expecting comfort, but what I got was a disaster. Everything in the room was old and broken — chairs and tables were tuta-futa, curtains were shabby and hanging improperly, and the overall condition was extremely poor. When we spoke to the reception guy about these issues, his response was, “Jo hai, yahi hai” — this is the way he talked to us! The manager was extremely rude and clearly had no idea how to treat guests. Basic manners and hospitality were completely missing. This place is nowhere close to what they show in pictures. It looked cheap and badly maintained, definitely not worth the money. The so-called “executive” room felt worse than a budget lodge. If you value your comfort and money, avoid this hotel at all costs.

first thing is you guys don't have room upgrade option which is like disgusting for me that i need to talk with hotel staff and bargain. and just for AC room i have to give rs overcharge.

There were ants insects inside the room. Room was smelling alot fungus smell Infrastructure is poor Fake sign board is displayed at entrance which says room available which is absolutely false. Ac room is not less than Rs3000 Makeup Trip website is only showing non AC room when you go to upgrade the room they charge Rs 1000 more and if u opt for buffet breakfast which they don't have they charge will charge more 600RS Swimming pool are not clean dirty water with sand and dead insects in it Overall very bad stay

Not quite well it was a normal average response and service please make sure that mmt provides the same room at hotel which is booked

They dint provide balcony with room when we had it paid from 30th may to 31st may they asked for more money then

Very well maintained property and the best support staff, the food was also good, the pool was clean
