Location is good Facilities is bad bcz the the garden area jhula that is swing was broken no one can seat Plus sabse bad on first floor there was no wify availble ..we told caretaker he told that waha nhi aata ...i even complain to sevensand stay manager...but nothing provided

I found it on Make My Trip Website. The property was good but I personally delt that it is litte overpriced. Service was also good.

Good location and quite decent villa

We recently stayed at Fern Villa by Seven Sands in Lonavala for a family getaway, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully maintained, spacious, and ideal for families looking to relax and unwind in a serene environment.

Villa is same as shown in picture, good spacious, clean , caretakers are kind and helpful. Restuarant, station, highway are near by 10 mins. Its in village but everything are nearby. Zomato and blinkt available, no network issue.

The villa was good and clean. The staff was very helpful. Surrounded by scenic hill views and trails

Rooms and Villa were clean There was major issue with cleaning dining table and utensils. Since they do not offer non vegetarian meals we placed order from Zomato, however the dining table wasn't clean after lunch and dinner We took Hi Tea and Breakfast package. Food quality wasn't good , we were given burger n tea/coffee Breakfast experience was pathetic..We have to give a day prior order for breakfast and all they did serve were 15 idlis among 8 people and misal was given without farsan. when we highlighted it farsan was brought up after 1.5hr and a just over a bowl ( For 8 People?) Caretaker was helpless and constantly asked us to call Front office for such food request . So overall 5 for stay and -5 for experience **Dont get their meal package****

Fern villa is very well maintained with clean rooms and bathrooms. The rooms and living room are spacious with air conditioning. The pool is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. We loved the place and the location was also very good as it was near to the market and the highlight of the property was the beautiful mountain view and sunset on the terrace. Manoj helped us with all that he could. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Our experience was wonderful. The location was very accessible to the city centre. The property has everything which is required by anyone for outing including sound system, induction, fridge, necessary kitchen utensils and ac. Everything is working in good condition. The rooms are very spacious with attached toilets with modern amenities. They also have a beautiful backyard with a small swimming pool to chill. Swiggy and zomato services are reachable to this location. But if you want then they also have food package but we opted for swiggy and zomato. A caretaker mr. Part h is available who used to arrive as soon as we called him. Also there is a maid to wash utensils and for house keeping. A small suggestion is there should be one washing machine and tv in living room needs to be bigger as per the living room size. Everything else is just perfect. We had a very joyful and rejuvenating vacation at the property. Highly recommended.

Nice stay with good location connect along with food delivery option available. Though the service for food at property is available but cannot be ordered for 1-2 person, it should be ordered for all.
