Le farm in kamshet is an incredible villa that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and serenity. Located about 35 km from the bustling city of lonavala, it is nestled near the tata power hydro generation plant. As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the sheer size and grandeur of the property. The villa is beautifully maintained, spacious, and designed to make every moment of your stay unforgettable. The villa's interiors are stunning. The main living room is large and cozy, furnished with comfortable sofas, bean bags, and plenty of space for a group to sit and relax together. The ground floor houses four well-appointed bedrooms, each accommodating up to three guests. These rooms are tastefully designed with soft, comfortable mattresses, neat and clean bathrooms with 24/7 hot water via electric geysers, and plenty of storage options like cupboards and cloth hangers. What truly stands out is that each bedroom has a backdoor that opens directly to the lush lawn and swimming pool area, offering easy access to outdoor fun. The first floor is even more impressive, with a massive master bedroom that can easily host 7-8 people. This room features large ceiling-to-floor windows that open into a balcony with an amazing view, making it the perfect spot for late-night chats or morning coffee with friends. Alongside it is a smaller bedroom, ideal for two people, completing the variety of room options for different group sizes. The outdoor areas are simply fantastic. The pool is large, regularly cleaned, and well-chlorinated, with loungers placed around it for those who want to relax with a drink or soak up the sun. There’s a separate dining area designed like a hut, accessible via a small staircase, which can seat 25-30 people comfortably. This area is perfect for group meals and adds a rustic charm to the overall experience. Beyond the dining area lies a spacious lawn, ideal for outdoor games like cricket or badminton. We thoroughly enjoyed playing cricket here during our stay. There’s also a pathway leading to a serene lake nearby. Although the path is a bit tricky to navigate, the view at the lake is worth it, with its calm waters and tranquil surroundings. Between the pool and dining area, there is an additional open-air seating area under a thatched roof. This spot became a favorite for us, especially during the evenings when we enjoyed a barbecue dinner in the cool weather. The kitchen, located inside the villa, is well-equipped with a water filter and refrigerator, allowing guests to store food and drinks easily. The villa staff offers an extensive menu with indian, chinese, and continental options, but guests need to pre-select their meals at least 24 hours in advance so they can source the required ingredients. The food quality was outstanding, and we relished every meal, although the chinese dishes could use slight improvement. What makes le farm truly special is the attention to detail. The villa boasts a massive library with over 500 books spread across the living room and bedrooms, along with a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained. This property is perfect for large groups of at least 15 or more people, offering plenty of space, luxury, and activities to make your stay memorable. Le farm is undoubtedly one of the best villas we have ever stayed in, and we highly recommend it for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
