Great Location

The villa is well maintained and true to its name. It’s literally colonial style!! The caretakers are kind and do their job efficiently . Food is good. The view of this location is amazing and worth a visit during rainy season. The environment is breezy and chilled. The villa has all amenities including a sound system. The pool though should have been a little bigger considering the cost of villa.

Terrible Stay

firstly there is no property manager to cater to your needs. the owner seemed to be managing the property herself however had no clue how to host guests. zero connect with guests, no courtesy call on booking, check in or check out - like she was not bothered about our booking at all. we had to call her for everything and she would barely answer. the bathrooms had issues on both the days we stayed with showers and water - richa kept saying in a careless tone that she is helpless (like she was doing this for charity). the barbecue was not available, pool was not functioning and excuses were so poor we tried calling her at check out for help needed - no response again. her attitude is the reason we are never going back to this place nor recommending it to others

Trust me it is people like these because of whom bungalow owners do not let their property. They were a group of four families who booked my villa and from the time they checked in that too early they started behaving as if they had not only bought the villa but also the owners. They created a ruckus for everything they wanted a manager to attend to them 24 hours probably unaware that a bungalow is not a five star hotel to have a resident manager to attend to them for every small need but bungalows have caretakers to look after guests. They would call me several times for everything despite our two caretakers residing at the villa they wanted to give every instruction to me despite knowing i am based out of mumbai. They were extremely manner-less in their behaviour. They wanted the entire swimming pool water to be changed at once which i got done and then they didn't even use it. They broke one bathroom tap which i had to get repaired immediately paying heavy charges because they wanted it immediately. They harassed my caretakers also because of their rude behaviour. I have been hosting for the past four years and have hosted lovely and friendly guests but this set of guests urvashi and her friends seemed to be extremely rude who probably don't know how to behave when they are at other's property. Strongly recommend other villa owners not to entertain such guests who will create ruckus and also destroy the property.

The Villa is very well maintained with decor suitable as per the name Colonial Villa.. the caretaker / Chef is too good the food was awesome… will highly recommend and may plan a trip once again.

We had a great experience at the villa, it felt so homely. The staff was so humble and laxman bhai is a great cook and had delicious dishes. Would recommend to everyone who needs peace of mind and the view is so amazing.

First of all, they have mentioned caretaker and cooking of local food but they have not mentioned that caretaker service is charged extra for rs 2500 over and above tariff. Also even after paying service provider was very reluctant. Dint even keep water in the room. That also we requested.

Hello request you to please go through the listing well before booking any property. We have clearly mentioned that no meals are included in the tarrif but yes you can hire our chef for cooking which is the same across all properties. Secondly this is a private villa so don't expect hotel like facilities here still we make sure that our property is cleaned and well kept which even you have agreed to. Lastly if you had any problems during your stay you should have informed me when i was myself messaging you to check on your stay you never bothered to reply me back. Regards
