No cleanliness, there were cockroaches in the room. Rooms were not habitable. No glasses or plates were given. Staff was very helpful. Don’t understand why MMT has even tied up. The manager Deepali was not helpful at all. The location is very far off.

Location is beautiful but difficult to reach. Last mile roads are off-roading. Washrooms are clean with hot water available. Rooms are untidy and maintenance should be improved significantly.

The hotel is not hygienic. No electric heater inside the room. Bed sheets are smelly. Bed was almost broken. Cupboards is damaged. Lights are broken. Bad service. Road condition is very bad. Car tyres get puncture

bad approach road. unhygienic rooms...bad smell... fungus on walls...not worth spending for one room...the facility can't be paid more than ₹500 per night. The owner stays at Pune and the property is located at Lonavala. very bad experience. The service is not satisfactory. The food quality is not good. Television not in operation.

worst experience ever disappointed with every facility room is horrible in the room we found insects lizard rats and even the bedsheet having hole washroom gate lock is broken pool water is so dirty dont go by the picture it is just opposite ... not at all recommeded

If you are looking for peace this place is for you please dont expect luxurious experience the room and the food and everything is okayish manageable but but its worth it because of the view you get and the apt location

Not good hotel, not good service and dirty rooms, not clean room

The stay was unpleasant, it was pathetic unhygienic, the cupboards were broken bedsheet were not clean, very untidy. Also the parking area was not proper. No space swimming pool was dirty

The overall experience was average.

The room was clean and spacious. The property location is remote and a bit hard to find, though it is surprisingly scenic and beautiful. Don't expect extraordinary service and food.

Room was good, view was amazing. Enjoy a lot. Staff was very cooperative near by jungle da dhaba that food was very good.

We booked for 2 days. We were not happy with the location because of the lack of amenities( the swimming pool was not usable due to broken tile) heavy crowds, music noise etc. Our sleep got disturbed. My son commented saying we could have stayed in our home instead of coming here. Our anniversary peace was missing. Positive note : service was good. Place suits bachelors, alcohol lovers. Not a family place. There is no proper road to reach the resort. We came by cab. So walking was out of the question as the distance to the main road is too long. Being unsatisfied i did not want to continue my stay. If my money was not tied to them i could have peacefully walked out

It was a good stay and affordable. Rooms were ok, but the view was good. Also the famous points were nearby so easy to access.
