Spacious rooms, Attached balcony overlooking the lawn and is amazing. Beyond the lawn is a valley. Indoor games facility. Pool is big enough, there is a small pool for Children

The location is nice, they can improve on room service. Decent for a family stay, Kids will enjoy the indoor games and turf

I along with my family stayed in Hotel Girija for 3 nights - first week of June 2025. The stay was comfortable but could have been better. Initially they gave a room which didnt had proper mountain view, and I have paid extra on the APP for mountain view room. After discussions, they changed the room with proper mountain view. The garden towards edge of cliff is really well placed and the view of mountain range and far off water falls is breath taking, and my kids loved it. However the swimming pool was full of dead bugs. There are a lot of monkeys , baboons and cats.. which makes it a natural habitat, but the they leave around is not cleaned on time. There are a lot of black garden ants around and we find 3-4 ants sometimes in the room and on the bed, not sure if they can do something about it as its a natural habitiat. There are various indoor games, like carroms, TT etc. is very functional and my family enjoyed it. This is a vegetarian resort, so not much expectation. Breakfast buffet is very limited to 2 breakfast dishes and bread butter/jam, corn flakes and tea/coffee. During our stay we ate Upma, Parata, Poha and Idli, the taste was good and no complaints. The staff is very reserved, less spoken, but attends to needs. Overall the stay was good - but could have been better.

Best location. Excellent valley view. Best customer service. Well maintain property. Good value for money.

Environment is good but all depends on service. No room service provided for 2 days and there is no buffet breakfast as they mentioned before check in.

Property-good key point there is ample space for parking. Has valley facing good for family and couple. Hotel is completely vegetarian but food quality 10/10. Staff-friendly. Always helpful.

Hotel girija was a perfect place for our weekend outing. Hotels location has such beautiful and mesmerizing views of valley that you don't feel like going out for it. All required facilities to enjoy with family was there. Covered swimming pool, kids play area, indoor and outdoor games. In house restaurant has served tasteful food and tea. Staff has been very courteous. Highly recommended.

The bedsheet was torn at the edges there were small cockroaches in room ac had no remote, it was pure set, no display pannel, after every 15 mins it used to stop and start bathroom window had an open space, probably kept for exhaust fan but it posed a privacy threat. Table in room had lot of dust. External amenities were good, lawn. Turf and indoor games were decent. Staff was courteous and polite. Food was average

This is a beautiful property with amazing hill view and outdoor sports activities it's quiet and peaceful place however indoor games need much improvement and food options are also limited there is electricity issue as well overall nice and relaxing with good rooms and bathrooms. Will come back

The hotel is well located near the highway, with a good valley view. The rooms are comfortable, ambience is calm and quite, the staff is friendly. The food is strictly vegetarian but tasty. We experienced limitations in a few basic amenities like no wifi in rooms, leaky jet-spray in bath, monkeys and cats roaming around freely inside the campus, also coming into attached balconies. Management needs to seriously address these issues. Otherwise, the hotel is reasonably good.

Booked through mmt, booking goof were made though they later on adjusted. Overall stay in the hotel was good, premises is located near the ghat. Can view the mystic view and close to nature hygiene needs to be maintained a bit as cockroaches were there. It maybe because of rainy reason. Food was ok

Rooms are good, but no maintenance, shower tap broken, old ac, no cooling at all.

Staff unwilling to serve us. Told us that as we were only customer it was not possible to provide regular services. If this is the case the hotel should only give bookings to group. Our money wasted. We stayed only for one day even though our booking was for 2 days.
