I along with my family stayed in Hotel Girija for 3 nights - first week of June 2025. The stay was comfortable but could have been better. Initially they gave a room which didnt had proper mountain view, and I have paid extra on the APP for mountain view room. After discussions, they changed the room with proper mountain view. The garden towards edge of cliff is really well placed and the view of mountain range and far off water falls is breath taking, and my kids loved it. However the swimming pool was full of dead bugs. There are a lot of monkeys , baboons and cats.. which makes it a natural habitat, but the they leave around is not cleaned on time. There are a lot of black garden ants around and we find 3-4 ants sometimes in the room and on the bed, not sure if they can do something about it as its a natural habitiat. There are various indoor games, like carroms, TT etc. is very functional and my family enjoyed it. This is a vegetarian resort, so not much expectation. Breakfast buffet is very limited to 2 breakfast dishes and bread butter/jam, corn flakes and tea/coffee. During our stay we ate Upma, Parata, Poha and Idli, the taste was good and no complaints. The staff is very reserved, less spoken, but attends to needs. Overall the stay was good - but could have been better.

We entered the premises at 12 noon but since check in time was 1 pm we got our room at 12. 45 pm. We stayed at the super deluxe room no 105. All the rooms have been refurbished and are made very well. Sparkling clean and really well made. We ordered lunch and dinner in the room itself. We ordered pane-er makhanwala for lunch and pane-er butter masala for dinner. But both times the quality of the sabji was not up-to the mark. Next day morning we had breakfast in the room itself and it was unlimited and the quality of breakfast was really very good. Since we checked in on sun-day afternoon, there were people still at the Hotel Girija who had checked out but were still in the Hotel Girija premises making lot of noise. We had come for peace but finally all those people left at 5 pm.

The Hotel Girija is well located near the highway, with a good valley view. The rooms are comfortable, ambience is calm and quite, the staff is friendly. The food is strictly vegetarian but tasty. We experienced limitations in a few basic amenities like no wifi in rooms, leaky jet-spray in bath, monkeys and cats roaming around freely inside the campus, also coming into attached balconies. Management needs to seriously address these issues. Otherwise, the Hotel Girija is reasonably good.

Hotel girija was a perfect place for our weekend outing. Hotels location has such beautiful and mesmerizing views of valley that you don't feel like going out for it. All required facilities to enjoy with family was there. Covered swimming pool, kids play area, indoor and outdoor games. In house restaurant has served tasteful food and tea. Staff has been very courteous. Highly recommended.

nice place to stay with families. Indoor games like TT, carom, cricket etc my kids enjoyed a lot with sliding and cricket. staff are polite and ready to help. limited breakfast but quality of food is great. I stayed 2 days and had a good breakfast. overall experience is good and want to visit along with families and friends to enjoy again.

Booked through mmt, booking goof were made though they later on adjusted. Overall stay in the Hotel Girija was good, premises is located near the ghat. Can view the mystic view and close to nature hygiene needs to be maintained a bit as cockroaches were there. It maybe because of rainy reason. Food was ok

This is a beautiful property with amazing hill view and outdoor sports activities it's quiet and peaceful place however indoor games need much improvement and food options are also limited there is electricity issue as well overall nice and relaxing with good rooms and bathrooms. Will come back
