location: @ near to khandala Lake. lonavala city is 5-6 Km. rickshaw charges 100 rs. hotel has Bar and wine shop outside. rooms: were Fine***. we got an upgrade to suite. the Ma'am at the reception was very helpful. we thank her for the upgrade. food: delicious ****. Mr uday thanks for the service and other senior staff were polite. request to have the WCs maintenance be done. the 2 singles beds outside the bedroom be locked so that it doesn't slide out. ELITE HOTEL 4* as we got upgrade to suite

3 Star hotel taking charges of 4 star !

Not a good experience...rooms with a balcony are ok... having uninvited monkeys bathrooms are not good...(old tiles and wall) in evening electricity problem on one day... attached liquor shop with hotel taking MRP+10 % extra because we stay at hotel( is our fault?)and can sit and sip at bar with additional payment ! also note that they are over charging in liquor( more than MRP charge) food is average but charges are high .. breakfast are ok and repetitive every day poha , idli sambhar,upama are daily serving only 1 item change. floor cleaning was sticky everyday you have to wear slippers in room due to sticky floor,towel are faded and hard with stain.....

The place is a nice one . small and sweet. Close to the High Way. Convenient going near nearby places. Staffs Suraj, Rohit and Kalavati are very cooperative. Suggest to stay here for a day or two.

Property is just outskirts of Lonavala on main road. Room is small and average. balcony was big but not maintained and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was ok with very limited items but taste was good. it is ok to stay for one day in budget.

Except for the staff, everything else was a poor experience. The building is very old, it may look aesthetic but the rooms are stuffy, bathrooms are too small. The websites deceived us into booking this place, the actual experience and facilities was worth only a 2 star unlike 4.5 mentioned on other sites. The food is just average and definitely not worth the price.

The hotel is on the main road with mountain view at the back of the hotel. They kindly upgraded our rooms. It was a great stay experience with them. The breakfast was very good and hotel staff was polite and friendly.
