Spacious rooms and well maintained. Polite care takers. Enjoyed a lot. Food should also be added as choice if required.

The place is spacious and has a very nice swimming pool. The pool is clean and there is decent space surrounding the pool. The caretaker ankush stays just next to the property and is a call away if you need him. He goes about his work around the property and mostly stays out. Visits at regular intervals for dishwashing. This place has a refrigerator and am aqua guard for water purification but doesn't have a microwave for reheating. Instead there is a gas stove and the caretaker will help you for reheating stuffs if required. If you want to use the kitchen then it's charged at rs. 500- per day and cleaning charge is rs. 1000- per day. The place is self catered and the menu provided at site is too far away and costly. It took am hour and half to deliver our food at night. Nearby there are many good dhabas and dhaba style restaurants but they don't deliver. Found a very decent place called dhanashri dhaba which is near wet n joy water and sunny da dhaba. They deliver food to the location of your order is 1k approx and charge 100- extra for delivery. Thier food was good and pricing was decent compared to other places prices nearby. You can visit their place in the morning and get good breakfast as all other locations nearby open mostly at noon only. The caretaker also can prepare the breakfast but that's at a charge of rs. 500- + cost of materials and rs. 500- for kitchen usage. With regards to inspect at site, the place has a mosquito issue so post evening it's better to keep the window and doors closed as much as possible. Also this place have a cockroach issue asn the kitchen is infested with them and a few in the rooms in the lower floor. The bedroom are decent enough and bathroom are also proper. There is a bit of loose electrical board wiring fitting issues so at times some lights go off and pressing the button a bit gets it back on. There are few books and a carrom board on site. Overall the place is decent enough and has some small issues that needs to be addressed and sorted out.

The property should be handled better. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and ants in the bathroom. Hot water is not available immediately and we need to call the caretaker for such small things. Caretaker -ankush helped a lot in many things but property should be managed well.

Anugraha villa is huge, clean and well maintained. The pool and the living area is the highlight. Good location if u just want be in the interior and enjoy. There is nothing around the property for sight seeing etc. Ankush care taker is helpful. Please take a note of hidden charges like charges for using kitchen, utensils are additional. There is a refundable security deposit of 8k. There is no food facilty. It also feels creepy at times because of cameras in living room kitchen n common areas. However, if u wanna hangout with family its a good deal.

Poor service poor management just making money out of everything. Basic water was also not provided with the amount what we paid. Food was pathetic we had to call the care taker again n again to do basic cleaning. Too much chemical was added in pool water. We including my kids got rashes. Simple ball to play wasn’t available. Basic dental kit wasn’t provided after paying such a bomb amount. Bedsheet and covers were used once’s. Terrible experience. Would not recommend nor come ever to saffron-stay. not keeping dental kit and no hot water in the shower.

The villa was very well maintained and clean.... exactly same as in the pics👌👌👌...pool too was clean,had lots of fun playing in the pool. The caretaker Ankush was too good very polite and ensured we had a comfortable stay.... would revisit this property and also recommend it to others 👍

I don't know why but they charge for everything. If you want to use kitchen for making food you will have to pay 500 for using kitchen why not just add that in the price. Also caretaker asked for 1000 rs charge for cleaning, i mean what was that all about. We got pool very late which is fine. Property is good may be it's saffronstays rules issues

The villa was very well maintained enjoyed alot with my family the care taker was very good and helpful swimming pool garden every thing was well maintained

I went with my family and friends for a trip to lonavala. We choose to stay in saffron stays anugrah villa. Villa is awesome and the cleanliness and hygiene is very good, swimming pool was also clean and neat. The care taker ankush makes things easier, by performing cleaning or if you want something from outside. The only draw back with the villa booking i had, was with the hidden charges of cleaning charges per day 1000 rs and if you are using kitchen they will be charging you separately for that also. Other than this hidden charges my stay was awesome. I had pleasant stay with my family.

The stay was amazing …the property was really beautiful and very well maintained..had an amazing outing with friends

Overall experience was nice , but I’ll give 8/10 . Because there were too much cockroaches in kitchen and trolley . + there was frog in bathroom . But most of the times we were in hall and swimming pool so it’s 10/10. Only complain is frog and cockroach. I’ll visit the property again very soon . ❤️

Nice place to stay in group. Our care taker was very nice, helpful and co-operative. Look to book it again later.

One of the best saffron property, clean rooms, pool & lawn, caretaker ankush took care of all needs arranged breakfast suggested local restro for lunch & dinner. Great place to hang out with friends away from crowd.

Location is okay. Property is good but food is an issue. They don’t serve food and deliveries are not available around
