Wonderful stay

The hotel is very strategically located beside the main road overlooking the Beas River and a short walk from the Mall. The front desk manager upgraded our room to a duplex family suite which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. All the staff were so nice and welcoming.

Property is congested, overbooked and very poor parking arrangements, food is ok but not upto d mark.. Rooms are ok though.. Hotel should work on better parking arrangements and keep d bookings number which it can handle

The hotel is located very near to Mall Road. It serves a great food and the staff is very warm and helpful. The washrooms are old but clean. Overall the stay was great and pleasant.

Great Location and Food, but Poor Room Maintenance

The location is definitely a plus — just a short walk from Mall Road, which is very convenient. The food was delicious and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, considering the price point, the property doesn't meet expectations in terms of maintenance. The curtains are not blackout, so it's difficult to sleep past 5:30 AM due to strong sunlight. The bed’s headboard was noticeably dirty and in need of dry cleaning, and the room overall had several visible stains. For the rates being charged, the upkeep of the rooms was quite disappointing. Also, there were no welcome drinks or refreshments provided, which would’ve been a nice touch.

Property is on the road around 2 kms before to Mall Road and just near by private Volvo parking rooms are good Washrooms are clean properly having small garden and some kids gaming area included only issue is the noise of traffic in front of hotel. This property is a old property, not well maintained, cleanliness is not up to the standards. There were many stains in the room. It is not value to the hefty pricing being charged by the property. Due to the design of the windows rooms wont stay dark beyond 5. 30 am which creates diacomfort to those who would like to rest beyond 5. 30am. Location is good but the property needs lot of development when it charges hefty for the stay.

Highly overrated!

Inaacurate description online. Fake reviews on google as well .Highly priced rooms when compared to the services. Smelly rooms and washrooms. Totally not worth. Although the staff was very helpful as they tried their level best to make us feel comfortable

Amazing Experience, would love to visit agai

The location is right on NH-3 and overlooking the beautiful Beas river. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with a great view of the river. They have indoor games like pool table, carrom and table tennis. Mr Sumit Sharma and his team really look after all the needs of the guests and make you feel very welcome. You can get running autos for Mall road at regular frequency from the main road. There are a lot of cafes at walking distance from the resort. The buffet at this resort had a variety of options and the taste was also scrumptious. We had one of the best dal makhani at the dinner buffet here. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Manali due to its location, food, staff and the various other amenities

Poor Stay

Wrong presentation of facts online. Rooms were substandard,washrooms were smelly. Although the manager and staff tried their best to resolve the problem which was to some extent resolved but I would not recommend spending for this pelican suite.
